The fundamental principle involves compressing secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, with a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature returns the steam to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, inducing evaporation. This cycle brilliantly recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, optimizing energy use and enhancing overall system efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure a flawless setup, position the compressor's base meticulously on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit. These shims provide crucial adaptability.
Alternating the placement of two wedge-shaped irons is key. Once the unit is expertly leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons with spot welds at 4~5 strategic points, ensuring unwavering stability.
These essential wedges should be custom-made and installed by the user, tailored to the specific on-site requirements. The contact surfaces must be precisely finished to guarantee even contact across the inclined plane.
Notably, the wedge iron's dynamic bearing capacity should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Elevate precision by utilizing a level to confirm the exact leveling. Maintain rigorous standards: the unit's axial level should not surpass 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level should remain within 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve coupling perfection with precise centering. Before initiating alignment, ensure every requisite detail is meticulously checked:
1) Ensure complete safety by disconnecting the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it's free from any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes must be adequately sized compared to the bolts, allowing for easy loosening and motor adjustment;
6) Stock sufficient stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor. These gaskets should be immaculate and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated and thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and the base;
7) Employ a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm, prepared by the customer;
8) Ready the essential bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator around the wheel hub's perimeter, ensuring the probe rests on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) With finesse, adjust the motor foot's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, achieving harmonious alignment. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle, ensuring the motor shaft center line surpasses the compressor low-speed shaft center line, and target coupling end face variability of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, taking care to reassess both the outer circle runout and coupling end face runout, safeguarding impeccable alignment;
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Fine-tune the casing's levelness and alignment, then fortify it by tightening the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation or trial runs, release the bolts and retighten them for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain uncontaminated by solids or liquids, as any intrusion risks irreversible compressor damage. Ensure all connected inlet and outlet pipelines meet exacting steam corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. As a proactive measure,
consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Strategically install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to include all necessary pipeline accessories. Remember: the pipeline connected to the compressor must be independently supported to avoid burdening the compressor body with additional weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified to ensure stability, it is time to proceed with the compressor operation test. This essential step will verify the seamless function and reliability of the system, perfecting the setup for optimal performance in vanadium extraction.
3.3.8 For optimal operational control, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The pathways for wiring, carefully enclosed in protective threading pipe, should be skillfully routed underground to maintain both safety and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is precisely positioned, ensure that the wiring terminals within the cabinet are accurately connected with the corresponding lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and reliable communication network.
