Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base integrally upon the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims strategically placed beneath the base to achieve flawless unit leveling.
Alternate two wedge-shaped irons meticulously, and once the unit is impeccably leveled, perform spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific circumstances, ensuring the contact surface is precision-finished for optimal even contact on the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's alignment. Adhere strictly to these leveling standards: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level precision of 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 Ensure meticulous coupling alignment. Prior to commencing alignment, verify these essential prerequisites:

1) Ensure the main power supply is completely turned off;
2) Safely remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Check motor installation plane flatness, ensuring it is free from foreign objects, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size to facilitate motor adjustments when bolts are loosened;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor feet, ensuring they are devoid of attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid long and thin gaskets for motor-base adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (customer-supplied);
8) Prepare the special bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;

10) By adjusting motor foot adjustment bolts, align the compressor and motor central lines, ensuring a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm (motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than compressor low-speed shaft center line), coupling end face 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts, then meticulously review outer circle runout, alongside coupling end face runout

;12) Reinstall coupling intermediate section following satisfactory motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once achieving desired 'levelness' and alignment of casing, firmly tighten anchor bolts. Post mechanical (or trial) operation, loosen and retighten bolts for enhanced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotational marvel, demands absolute purity in connected pipelines to avert catastrophic damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines meet stringent steam corrosion grades. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo corrective measures. Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is recommended.

3.3.6 Skillfully install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring pipeline accessories conform to PI diagrams. The connecting pipeline should be independently supported by another bracket, with no weight bearing on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supplementary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete is thoroughly solidified, the stage is set for the compressor operation test to commence. This pivotal moment is where engineering precision meets functionality, ensuring a seamless transition to operational excellence.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal performance and streamlined operations, the electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring, a crucial lifeline between the compressor and the control cabinet, must be carefully connected using a threading pipe that traverses underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, a seamless integration with the remote DCS is achieved by connecting the wiring terminals within the cabinet, ensuring a harmonious flow of information and control.
