The auxiliaries ensure peak performance, featuring a powerful motor, advanced hydraulic coupling, and precise actuator, among others.
Our centrifugal fans offer a diverse array of transmission methods, tailored to suit your specific needs. These include the direct motor connection, known as A type, the versatile belt transmission available in B, C, and E types, the robust coupling transmission, labeled as D type, and the coupling transmission equipped with an inlet box, designated as F type. Notably, the innovative E and F types can be specially designed as double suction fan types, providing enhanced performance and unmatched efficiency.
Upon arrival of the fan, it is crucial to perform a thorough inspection to ascertain that all components are intact and no parts are missing. Should there be any damage, defects, or deviations discovered, it is imperative to report these immediately to Dart-Rich.

1. For fan components that are delivered in bulk, rest assured that certain matching parts have been meticulously pre-assembled by Dart-Rich. These parts are clearly marked prior to disassembly, packaging, and transportation.
Upon arrival, these pre-assembled and marked components must be installed on-site in strict accordance with the markings to ensure seamless assembly and optimal performance.
2. Prior to installation, it is essential to drive the transmission part after the entire ventilator unit has reached the site. You must meticulously check whether the rotating parts experience any friction or jamming.
Also, ensure the coaxiality of the coupling between the fan and the motor. If any discrepancies or alignment issues are detected, adjustments and corrections must be made instantaneously to prevent operational inefficiencies.
