This ingenious cycle enables the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, marking a significant leap forward in sustainable technology.
The DML series Low Temperature Rise Steam Compressor is a marvel of engineering, meticulously constructed with a sophisticated array of components. It features a robust compressor body, comprising the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal, all working harmoniously together. Additionally, it includes a coupling, motor, and electric instruments, each playing a crucial role in ensuring optimal functionality. This seamless integration of parts underscores the compressor's reliability and efficiency, making it an indispensable asset in any advanced steam recompression system.
3.3.1 The compressor base is designed to be placed seamlessly on the foundation. To achieve perfect leveling, wedge-shaped shims are strategically positioned beneath the base.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternately and ensure the unit is precisely leveled. Secure the setup by spot welding the irons at 4-5 key points.
Craft and install the wedge according to your unique circumstances. The precision-finished surface must ensure impeccable contact, with inclined planes perfectly aligned.
The bearing capacity of each wedge iron must not exceed a formidable 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level to meticulously achieve the desired level. The unit demands exacting standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Such precision ensures optimal performance and longevity.
3.3.3 Masterful coupling alignment is crucial. Before embarking on this alignment journey, ensure these prerequisite steps:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to guarantee safety;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield for unencumbered access;
3) Remove the intermediary section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and obstructions;
5) Motor bolt holes must be sufficiently larger than the bolts, allowing ease of adjustment;
6) Prepare an ample supply of pristine, flat stainless steel gaskets for motor support, avoiding any long, thin gaskets that compromise adjustment precision;
7) Arm yourself with a dial indicator or laser alignment meter of extraordinary 0.01mm accuracy (acquired independently);
8) Ready a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;
9) Employ the motor hub mounting bracket for dial indicator attachment, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's edge;
10) By artfully adjusting the motor feet bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's deviation must not exceed an impressive 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face held between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Once alignment is perfected, secure the motor foot bolts and scrutinize the outer circle runout and end face runout for precision;;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediary section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 With the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing adjusted to perfection, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation (or trial operation), loosen and retighten them for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain pristine; any foreign solid or liquid intrusions can irreparably harm the compressor. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade standards, rectifying any deviations. Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation technology (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) before the inlet's straight pipe to safeguard the compressor.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to equip these pipelines with relevant accessories. Each pipeline connected to the compressor must be independently supported by another bracket, ensuring no undue weight burden falls upon the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its essential ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete foundation is thoroughly solidified, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures everything functions seamlessly and efficiently.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5 meters from the compressor itself. Ensure a streamlined connection by using a threading pipe to carry the wiring underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside with the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS) to guarantee flawless communication and control.
