3.3.1 For seamless integration, place the compressor base directly on the foundation. Carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve a perfectly leveled unit.
Alternate the wedge-shaped irons meticulously, ensuring the unit is leveled to perfection. Proceed by spot welding the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points, securing their position.
The user is empowered to customize the manufacturing and installation of the wedges in accordance with their specific circumstances, ensuring even contact on inclined planes.
The wedges’ bearing capacity is strictly maintained, not exceeding 40Kg/cm², to guarantee stability and durability.2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to determine the unit’s horizontal and axial precision. It must achieve an exceptional axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
These specifications ensure optimal performance and longevity of the system.
3.3.3 Achieve impeccable alignment of the coupling by adhering to these critical preparatory steps:
1) Ensure complete safety by disconnecting the main power supply.
2) Detach the protective coupling shield with care.
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling’s intermediate section for unobstructed access.
4) Verify the motor installation plane's smoothness and cleanliness to eliminate any potential interference.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size to allow precise motor adjustments.
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets, ensuring they are pristine and sufficiently flat to provide stable and accurate motor mounting.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a remarkable accuracy of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer.
8) Set up a robust bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration.
9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, aligning the probe precisely on the compressor wheel hub’s edge.
10) Fine-tune the motor foot adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center line meticulously, ensuring the maximum outer circle deviation remains within 0.05mm, with specific consideration for shaft line heights and coupling end face tolerances.
11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, validating the coupling’s outer circle and end face tolerances for superior performance.;
12) With the motor’s test run complete, proceed with reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Rigorously adjust and secure the casing's alignment and level, reinforcing the anchor bolts after a successful mechanical trial to ensure unwavering stability.
3.3.5 The impeller’s high-speed prowess demands pristine entry conditions; any foreign solid or liquid will cause irrevocable damage. Maintain cleanliness in all connected pipelines, adhering to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo necessary modifications.Implement solid-liquid separation solutions, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the compressor inlet to safeguard against impurities.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipelines, incorporating relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. Pipeline integrity is vital; ensure it is supported independently and not burdensome to the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with its associated ancillary equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation fully solidified, it's time to initiate the exhilarating compressor operation test. This step marks a pivotal moment in ensuring that our systems are primed and ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 For the utmost efficiency and streamlined functionality, ensure the electric control cabinet of the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius. The connection from the compressor to this control hub should be expertly routed via underground threading pipes. Once the electric control cabinet is securely installed, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals within the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, ensuring a harmonious and efficient operation.
