Here's how it works: The secondary steam, produced by the evaporator, is skillfully compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process efficiently transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This heightened temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it masterfully heats materials and facilitates further evaporation. This ingenious cycle effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, maximizing energy efficiency and sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base seamlessly on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to delicately adjust the unit's level.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the irons with spot welds at four to five strategic points. These wedges should be
crafted and installed according to your specific needs. Ensure the contact surfaces are impeccably finished for uniform contact of the inclined
plane, noting that the wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve precision by using a level. The unit's leveling parameters are: for axial level, it is 0.05/1000mm, and for horizontal
level, it is 0.10/1000mm, ensuring exceptional stability.

3.3.3 Ensure the coupling is perfectly centered. Prior to alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield with care;
3) Disengage the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness to confirm it's free from any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes are larger than the bolts, allowing for looseness to facilitate motor adjustments;
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready to fully cover the motor's foot. The gaskets must be devoid of any attachments and impeccably flat. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the following illustration;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's rim and position the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the bolts around the motor's feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft, and the coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts and double-check the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reattach the coupling's intermediate section post motor idle testing.
3.3.4 Upon achieving optimum 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, secure the anchor bolts firmly. Post mechanical or trial operation, loosen these bolts and re-tighten them for enhanced security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating marvel. Guard it against any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent irreversible compressor damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines linked to the compressor are pristine and align with required system steam corrosion grades. Pipelines falling short of these standards necessitate immediate rectification. Consider
integrating solid-liquid separation devices like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees prior to the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram when installing relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipeline connected to the compressor is supported independently by another bracket to prevent undue weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and all its accompanying equipment are precisely installed and the concrete base is fully cured, the next exciting step is to initiate the compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures that the equipment is ready for peak performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a convenient 5 meters of the compressor. This proximity allows for streamlined connectivity, with the wiring elegantly routed through an underground threading pipe. Once the control cabinet is securely in place, the final step is to expertly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless integration and communication across the system.
