Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is to be carefully positioned on the foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, strategically placed to achieve precise leveling.
Arrange these shims in an alternating pattern, ensuring the unit achieves perfect equilibrium. Secure them with meticulous spot welding at 4-5 points for steadfastness.
Users must craft and install the wedge according to their specific conditions, ensuring a flawless contact surface for even engagement of the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a level to meticulously ascertain the unit's orientation. The unit must meet stringent leveling criteria: an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with absolute accuracy. Prior to alignment, all specified conditions must be confirmed:
1) Ensure the main power supply is completely switched off;
2) Detach the coupling shield with care;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness is immaculate, free of any debris or obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts, allowing for necessary motor adjustments;
6) Equip yourself with premium stainless steel gaskets to accommodate the motor's footing, ensuring they are pristine and flat, avoiding long or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with superior accuracy of 0.01mm, as sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare the exemplary bracket designed to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the following illustration;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for affixing a dial indicator on the wheel hub's periphery, while the probe rests on the compressor wheel hub's outer rim;
10) Skillfully adjust the bolts around the motor feet, aligning the compressor and motor center lines precisely. The maximum outer circle deviation permitted is a meticulous 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center is elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft. Face alignment should be between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by firmly securing the motor foot bolts, then meticulously inspect the outer circle runout and face runout for unparalleled precision,;
12) Upon successful motor idling tests, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once levelness and alignment achieve perfection, tighten the anchor bolts. Post-operation, revisit and retighten these bolts for enduring reliability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed nature, vigilance is paramount to prevent any solids or liquids from entering, as they may inflict irreversible harm. Assure the associated inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, aligning with steam corrosion system standards. Any deficiencies must be promptly addressed, potentially by installing advanced solid-liquid separation devices, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, at the compressor inlet.
It is strongly recommended to enhance the system with suitable equipment for optimal performance.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. All import and export pipelines must include relevant accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor should rely on an independent bracket for support, ensuring no weight burden is placed on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and all its auxiliary components are securely installed, and the concrete foundation has fully set, it's time to conduct the compressor operation test.
