3.3.1 To unlock the full potential of your Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, position its integral base securely onto a steadfast foundation. Artfully place wedge-shaped shims beneath, meticulously adjusting the unit to achieve an impeccable level.
The wedge-shaped irons should be aligned in a strategically alternating pattern. Upon attaining perfect leveling, skillfully weld these irons at four to five precise points. The user must fashion and fit these wedges to suit specific conditions, ensuring a seamless contact surface for uniform force distribution.
Expert craftsmanship is required for the contact surface to assure even interfacing with the inclined plane. It is vital that the wedge iron's load-bearing capacity remains under 40Kg/cm2.

3) Carefully detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it's clean and free of foreign materials;
5) Confirm that motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, allowing for necessary adjustments;
6) Amass a sufficient supply of premium stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base, ensuring they are perfectly flat and free of attachments, avoiding long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Use a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter, with accuracy of 0.01mm, to be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Securely mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub mounting bracket, positioning the probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub;
10) With expert finesse, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure that the maximum outer circle deviation does not exceed 0.05mm, while maintaining a slight elevation of the motor shaft center relative to the compressor's low-speed shaft center, with a coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Finalize by firmly tightening the motor foot bolts, conducting a thorough review of the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling to ensure optimal alignment.
12) After conducting successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section to guarantee seamless operation.

3.3.5 As the impeller is a high-speed rotating element, preventing any solid or liquid intrusion is paramount, as such intrusion could cause irreparable damage to the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and meet the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines that do not meet these standards must undergo necessary corrections.Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet is highly advised to maintain system integrity.
3.3.6 Begin the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Make sure that the import and export pipelines are equipped with the necessary pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. It is imperative that the pipeline attached to the compressor is bolstered by a separate bracket, ensuring that no undue weight is exerted on the compressor body itself, safeguarding its structural integrity.
3.3.7 After the main fan and its corresponding equipment have been installed with meticulous care, and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, you are prepared to embark on the thrilling phase of executing a compressor operation test. This crucial procedure guarantees that all components are functioning flawlessly, setting the stage for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Employ a durable threading pipe to create a seamless connection for the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, ensuring it is discreetly routed underground. With the electric control cabinet securely in place, carefully connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a robust and dependable control link that assures precise and responsive management.
