This transformation converts electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature allows the steam to return to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and promoting further evaporation. Consequently, this process ensures the efficient recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, showcasing a remarkable advancement in energy efficiency and sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base is integrally positioned on the foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, essential for achieving unit level adjustments.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately to stabilize the unit. Once leveled, spot weld these wedges in 4 to 5 points ensuring stability.
The wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, customized to specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are smooth for optimal force distribution.
The inclined plane should have even contact, and the load capacity on wedge iron must not exceed 40 Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level tool to ascertain the unit's level. The unit's axial leveling should be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should not exceed 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Ensuring precision in coupling alignment is crucial. Before initiating the alignment process, verify all preconditions:
1) Secure the main power supply is turned off for safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield for unimpeded access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate segment;
4) Assess the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring no obstructions or debris;
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size, allowing loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Stock high-quality stainless steel gaskets to adequately support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and free of debris. Avoid using elongated thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (provided by the customer);
8) Assemble the bracket as depicted below to support the dial indicator effectively;

9) Implement a motor wheel hub bracket to mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor hub's exterior;
10) Adjust the motor foot bolts patiently, aligning the compressor and motor centerlines. The motor shaft center should be slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm and coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, reassessing the outer circle and end face runout for precision.;
12) After performing the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate segment for operational readiness.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and casing alignment, firmly secure the anchor bolts. Following a mechanical run or trial operation, it's imperative to loosen and retighten the bolts to ensure stability.
3.3.5 Given the impeller's high-speed rotation, prevent any solids or liquids from entering to avoid damage. Maintain cleanliness in all connected pipelines to adhere to system corrosion standards. Any non-compliant pipelines require immediate rectification. Installation of solid-liquid separation tools, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, is recommended before the compressor inlet pipe.

3.3.6 Correctly install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure all related pipeline accessories align with the PI diagram specifications. Brackets should support the pipelines, ensuring no weight is imposed on the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan, along with all its supporting equipment, has been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidification, it paves the way for the commencement of the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that all components are prepared to deliver optimal performance, allowing for the unveiling of the powerful capabilities of the Next-Gen Compressor with Adjustable Guide Vane for Wastewater Management.
3.3.8 For seamless integration and efficient operation, the electric control cabinet must be positioned within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor. This proximity facilitates optimal connectivity, with wiring extending from the compressor to the control cabinet through robust threading pipes, securely routed underground. Upon installation, it is imperative to meticulously connect the wiring terminals in the electric control cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a harmonious and efficient electronic communication network.
