This elevated temperature steam is subsequently reintroduced to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials, instigating further evaporation. Thus, the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam is adeptly recycled, exemplifying sustainable and innovative energy use.

The Oil-film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is a pioneering turbine apparatus powered by a state-of-the-art high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base onto the foundation. Insert wedge-shaped shims underneath the base to precisely adjust the unit's level.
Alternate positioning two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring perfect leveling of the unit. Spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points for optimum stability.
Users must manufacture and install wedges tailored to their specific situations. The contact surface should be meticulously finished to ensure even contact across the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precise level to achieve perfect alignment. The unit's axial level requirement is a meticulous 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level is maintained at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling meticulously. Before beginning the alignment, ensure the following preparatory steps are completed:
1) Securely turn off the main power supply;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring an immaculate surface free from debris, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts, allowing for easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to seamlessly support the motor feet. Gaskets must be pristine, without attachments, and uniformly flat. Avoid long or thin gaskets for adjustments between motor and base;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (customer-provided) to enhance accuracy;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines optimally. Ensure the maximum outer circle deviation is a precise 0.05mm (motor shaft center line should be higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), with coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, and meticulously review the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling;
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 After completing the levelness and alignment adjustments of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts for assurance.

3.3.5 The impeller, a vital high-speed rotating component, demands stringent protection. Prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, as it may result in irreversible damage. Ensure the cleanliness of compressor-connected inlet and outlet pipelines, adhering to system's steam corrosion standards. In cases of non-compliance, prompt rectification is essential. It is advisable to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Install all relevant pipeline accessories according to the PI diagram. Ensure that pipelines connecting to the compressor are supported by separate brackets, relieving the compressor body from any weight burden.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment have been impeccably installed and the concrete has reached full solidification, it's time to initiate the triumphant compressor operation test. This marks a pivotal step in ensuring optimal functionality and seamless integration.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring connecting the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be meticulously laid through threading pipes, which should be routed underground to maintain an uncluttered and safe environment. Once the electric control cabinet is securely stationed, seamlessly connect its wiring terminals to the lines at the remote DCS to ensure efficient communication and control.
