The elevated temperature propels the steam back to the evaporator, effectively reheating the materials and facilitating further evaporation. This clever technique ensures the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, marking a significant stride in sustainable energy use.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base seamlessly onto the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims strategically positioned beneath the base to achieve perfect leveling.
For optimal stability, place alternating wedge-shaped irons and, once the unit is flawlessly level, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 critical points.
These wedges should be meticulously crafted and installed by users, tailored to the specific conditions at hand, ensuring an impeccable contact surface.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain absolute levelness. The unit's axial and horizontal leveling requirements are 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm, respectively.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Prior to alignment, ensure these preparatory steps are fulfilled:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply to prevent any electrical hazards;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling with precision;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation surface, ensuring it is devoid of debris or any obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are of a larger diameter than the bolts, allowing easy adjustments;
6) Adequately prepare flat, stainless steel gaskets to stabilize the motor, avoiding long or thin gaskets for this purpose;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment tool with a precision of 0.01mm, provided by the customer;
8) Assemble a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to accurately position the dial indicator probe on the compressor wheel hub's edge;
10) Adjust the motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned higher for optimal alignment.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, double-checking for any runout in the coupling's outer circle and end face.;
12) Conclude by reattaching the intermediate section of the coupling post-motor idling test.
3.3.4 Upon achieving impeccable leveling and alignment of the casing, tighten all anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operation, revisit and retighten these bolts to ensure steadfast stability.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion to prevent damage. Ensure the connecting pipelines with the compressor are pristine, meeting steam corrosion standards. Install solid-liquid separators, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, to maintain system integrity.
3.3.6 Proceed with careful installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for placing relevant pipeline accessories. Each pipeline must be independently supported without exerting pressure on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the robust main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete base has fully solidified to ensure utmost stability, the highly anticipated compressor operation test can be enthusiastically initiated.
3.3.8 The sophisticated electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically installed within a convenient 5-meter range of the compressor. Ensure a seamless and organized connection by threading the wiring through underground piping. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly situated, expertly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a reliable and efficient operational network.
