3.3.1 To unlock the peak performance of your Steam Compressor, meticulously crafted by NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD with an Overall Base and advanced Guide Vane Adjustment Features, ensure that the compressor base is integrally positioned onto a robust and secure foundation. Carefully place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, artfully used to adjust the unit to an immaculate level.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in a captivating alternating pattern. Once the unit exhibits perfect leveling, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 well-chosen points. The wedge must be designed and installed by the user, customized to the specific situation, guaranteeing a smooth contact surface for the even distribution of force.
The contact surface must be exquisitely finished to assure seamless contact of the inclined plane. It is vital that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron remains within a maximum of 40Kg/cm2.

3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with utmost precision;
4) Meticulously inspect the flatness of the motor installation plane to ensure it is pristine and free from foreign materials;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for bolt loosening necessary for motor adjustments;
6) Prepare a generous supply of premium stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets must be impeccably flat and devoid of attachments, avoiding the use of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be provided by the customer;
8) Prepare a robustly designed bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the provided diagram;
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the dial indicator probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub for precise measurements;
10) With deft precision, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should not surpass 0.05mm, and the motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated relative to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03 and 0.05mm for optimal alignment.
11) Conclude by tightly securing the motor foot bolts, and critically review the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling to ensure optimal alignment.
12) Upon achieving successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section for seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been expertly adjusted, tighten the anchor bolts for unwavering stability. After mechanical operation or trial operation, it is essential to loosen and retighten the bolts to assure enduring reliability.
3.3.5 With the impeller being a high-speed rotating component, it is crucial to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, which could cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are immaculately clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines failing to meet these standards must undergo necessary rectifications.It is strongly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as an efficient gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—prior to the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to ensure the system's integrity remains unblemished.
3.3.6 Begin the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Ensure that each pipeline is equipped with the necessary accessories as meticulously illustrated in the PI diagram. It is paramount that the pipeline connected to the compressor is held aloft by an independent bracket to eliminate any excessive strain on the compressor body, preserving its integrity and functionality.
3.3.7 After the primary fan and its complementary equipment have been expertly installed and the concrete foundation has reached full strength, you are primed to initiate the exhilarating compressor operation test. This vital procedure guarantees that all components are functioning seamlessly and optimally.
3.3.8 Strategically position the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Employ a robust threading pipe to ensure the wiring connection between the compressor and the electric control cabinet is seamless and well-concealed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals inside the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, establishing a strong and dependable control link that enhances operational efficiency.
