The process is elegantly simple yet highly efficient: secondary steam produced by the evaporator undergoes compression via an advanced, high-efficiency steam compressor. This transformation converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Subsequently, this enhanced secondary steam is redirected back to the evaporator, where it heats the materials, triggering evaporation and thereby recycling the latent heat of vaporization. In essence, MVR is a sustainable marvel, optimizing energy reuse and minimizing waste.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Carefully place the compressor base securely on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims under the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is meticulously leveled, expertly spot weld the wedge-shaped irons in 4~5 strategic points. It's crucial that the wedge is
manufactured and installed by the user, tailored to the precise requirements of the actual situation. Ensure the contact surface is flawlessly finished, allowing an even, seamless contact of the
inclined plane. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40 Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to perfect the leveling process. The unit's leveling requirements are meticulous: achieving an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure these standards are met for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Achieve precision with coupling alignment. Before beginning this precise alignment, ensure the following essential steps are completed:
1) Ensure the main power supply is safely turned off;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to gain necessary access;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling intermediate section diligently;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation plane, confirming it is free of debris, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is sufficiently larger than the bolt size to facilitate loosening. This allows for precise motor adjustments;
6) Prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot. These gaskets should be pristine and suitably flat. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, provided by the customer, for precision alignment;
8) Prepare the dial indicator support bracket as illustrated below for exact alignment;

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to fit a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, positioning the probe precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust with precision the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line, ensuring a maximum deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle, with the motor shaft center line ideally higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and the coupling end face at 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to ensure precision alignment.;
12) Once alignment is confirmed, reinstall the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test for assurance.
3.3.4 After achieving perfect 'levelness' and precise alignment of the casing, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation (or trial operation), it's critical to loosen the bolts and then re-tighten them to ensure maximum stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, must remain free from any foreign solid or liquid materials to prevent irreversible damage to the compressor. Meticulously ensure that inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and conform to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines that fail to meet such stringent conditions must undergo immediate rectification. It is highly
recommended to install solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet for enhanced protection.
3.3.6 Precisely install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. The import and export pipelines must be equipped with the appropriate pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Crucially, the pipeline connected to the compressor should be supported independently by another bracket, ensuring its weight does not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon successful installation of the main fan and its supplementary equipment, and once the concrete has fully matured, you can proceed to conduct the compressor operational test. This step ensures the system's readiness and reliability, affirming the durable performance standards set by NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD.
3.3.8 For optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The wiring linking the compressor to its control cabinet should be securely encased in threading pipe routed underground. Once the control cabinet is in position, it is imperative to connect the wiring terminals within to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless operational integration and superior control capabilities.
