Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base on its foundation, ensuring stability with strategically placed wedge-shaped shims. These shims are essential for achieving perfect unit leveling.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, achieve leveling, and then spot weld them securely at 4 to 5 precise points. Users should tailor the wedge manufacturing and installation to their specific needs.
Craft these wedges with precision, ensuring the finish of contact surfaces for even distribution and optimal inclined plane contact.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Elevate your setup by using a precise level to achieve exact leveling. The unit's axial level should be a meticulous 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level maintains a flawless 0.10/1000mm.
Assure precision in your installations with these exacting measurements.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by following these essential preparatory steps:
1) Ensure safety first by switching off the main power supply.
2) Safely remove the coupling shield to access the internal components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate alignment.
4) Confirm the motor installation plane is immaculate and free from any unwanted debris or attachments.
5) Guarantee that the motor bolt holes are generously sized to allow bolt loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Prepare ample flat stainless steel gaskets for the motor's feet, ensuring they are devoid of attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with high accuracy (0.01mm), ensuring precision alignment (prepared by the user).
8) Securely position the dial indicator bracket as illustrated in the reference figure.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator attachment, ensuring precise probe placement on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By deftly adjusting bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. The outer circle's maximum deviation should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher for optimal operation.

11) Conclude by tightening motor foot bolts, rigorously reviewing the outer circle and end face runouts for precision coupling.;
12) Proceed to install the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, secure the casing's levelness and alignment by tightening the anchor bolts. During or after mechanical operation, it's advisable to loosen and then retighten these bolts for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, sensitive to any solid or liquid interference, which can induce catastrophic compressor damage. Ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines are immaculate and adhere to steam corrosion standards.
To further safeguard, consider installing solid-liquid separation devices like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Integrate compressor inlet and outlet pipelines meticulously, adhering to PI diagrams. External supports must bear the pipeline's weight, never the compressor body, ensuring seamless operation and longevity.
3.3.7 Following the successful installation of the main fan and all related ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has fully solidified, the stage is set to conduct the compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures that all components are seamlessly integrated and operating at peak performance.
3.3.8 The installation of the compressor's electric control cabinet is crucial and must be positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For optimal efficiency and safety, the wiring from the compressor to this cabinet should be channeled through a threading pipe, securely placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is correctly situated, it's vital to meticulously connect the wiring terminals of the cabinet with the lines at the remote DCS, thereby ensuring robust communication and operational precision.
