Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure a perfect installation, the compressor base must be integrally placed on the foundation. Strategically position wedge-shaped shims under the base for precise unit leveling.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is leveled, secure the wedge-shaped irons by spot welding at 4 to 5 key points, ensuring stability.
The user should craft and install the wedges tailored to the specific environment. Ensure the contact surfaces are finely finished to enable even contact on inclined planes.
The load-bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to achieve perfect leveling. The axial level tolerance is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level tolerance is 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.

3.3.3 Centering the coupling is vital. Prior to alignment, adhere to the following guidelines to ensure safety and effectiveness:
1) Disconnect the main power supply for safety.
2) Remove the coupling shield to access the system.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for clear access.
4) Examine the motor installation plane for any debris. Clean to maintain flatness and avoid operational issues.
5) Ensure motor bolt holes accommodate bolt size for adjustment flexibility.
6) Prepare sufficient stainless steel gaskets for motor foot coverage. Use only flat, attachment-free gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy for precise alignment, supplied by the customer.
8) Prepare brackets to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to mount a dial indicator for precise positioning on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. The maximum deviation for the outer circle should be 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center is slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft.

11) Securely tighten motor foot bolts and inspect the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout for perfection.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Upon achieving optimal casing alignment and levelness, secure anchor bolts. After operational testing, re-tighten bolts to ensure lasting stability.
3.3.5 Given the high-speed nature of the impeller, ensure no solid or liquid contaminants enter, as they can cause irreversible damage. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to steam corrosion grade requirements for all connected pipelines.
It is advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to enhance system integrity.
3.3.6 Install inlet and outlet pipes for the compressor with precision. Align with PI diagram specifications, and ensure supporting brackets bear the pipeline's weight, not the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has fully solidified, it is time to proceed with the operation test of the compressor.
