Consequently, the invigorated steam returns to the evaporator, facilitating the heating of materials and triggering further evaporation. This cycle brilliantly enables the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization in secondary steam, ensuring optimum energy conservation and efficiency.

3.3.1 Seamlessly secure the compressor base onto its foundation and ensure perfect alignment by placing wedge-shaped shims beneath it. These shims are crucial for unit leveling.
Expertly alternate two wedge-shaped irons, and once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure them with spot welds at 4 to 5 strategic points. Each wedge must be
carefully crafted and installed by the user to conform to the unique situation at hand. Complete contact on the inclined plane is essential for optimal performance,
ensuring the load-bearing capacity does not exceed 40Kg/cm.2.
3.3.2 Employ precision tools like a level to achieve meticulous leveling. The unit's axial level should be 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm for immaculate performance.
3.3.3 Perfectly center the coupling before proceeding with alignment. Prior to initiating this process, ensure the following conditions are met:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Safely remove the protective coupling shield;
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling for unimpeded access;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and unwanted attachments;
5) Motor bolt holes should exceed the bolt size for easy adjustments, allowing bolts to be loosened for fine-tuning motor alignment;
6) Have an ample supply of perfectly flat and clean stainless steel gaskets to securely support the motor's feet. Avoid using long, thin gaskets that compromise stability;
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm, to guarantee pinpoint alignment. The customer must provide this tool;
8) Prepare a robust bracket for securely supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the following illustration;
9) Employ a motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the hub's edge, ensuring the dial indicator probe is on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust around the motor feet using the adjustment bolts, aligning the compressor and motor center lines meticulously. The maximum deviation of the outer circle should not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, achieving a coupling end face of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts and reviewing both the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling for flawless performance;
12) Once the motor idling test confirms optimal performance, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section with confidence.
3.3.4 With the 'levelness' and alignment now perfected, secure the anchor bolts. After a successful mechanical operation or trial, release and retighten the bolts to guarantee enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed marvel, and any incursion by solids or liquids can result in irreversible damage. It is imperative to ensure the cleanliness and corrosion-grade compliance of the inlet and outlet pipelines. Non-compliant pipelines must be upgraded. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee before the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring all relevant pipeline accessories are fitted as per the PI diagram. The connected pipeline must be supported independently and not rely on the compressor body for structural integrity.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has reached full solidity, it is time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures that every component is seamlessly synchronized for optimal performance.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor no further than 5 meters from the compressor itself. Ensure that the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is elegantly routed through threading pipe, which should be discreetly placed underground. Once the control cabinet is securely positioned, expertly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS. This meticulous setup guarantees a robust and efficient control system.
