MVR, or Mechanical Vapor Recompression, stands at the forefront of energy-efficient technology. This groundbreaking method minimizes the need for external energy by ingeniously recycling the secondary steam it produces. The core principle involves the secondary steam, originally generated by the evaporator, being expertly compressed using our highly efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into valuable thermal energy, significantly increasing both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This temperature elevation allows the steam to be redirected back to the evaporator, where it performs dual functions: heating the materials and sparking further evaporation. Ultimately, this cycle ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization, maximizing energy conservation and efficiency.
The DML series, a marvel of engineering, is characterized by its low temperature rise steam compressor. It meticulously integrates a compressor body, meticulously designed with components such as the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal. Complemented by a precision coupling, a robust motor, and sophisticated electric instruments, this series is a testament to cutting-edge technology and superior craftsmanship.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Start by effortlessly positioning the compressor base securely onto the foundation. It is essential to use wedge-shaped shims underneath the base to fine-tune and achieve perfect alignment.
Position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once leveled, reinforce by spot welding the shims at four to five strategic points. It is the user's responsibility to craft and install these wedges, tailored to fit the specific conditions.
Ensure the contact surfaces are impeccably finished, guaranteeing even contact along the inclined plane.
The bearing capacity should not exceed 40 Kg/cm², maintaining utmost stability.

3.3.2 To ensure precision, use a reliable level to verify the alignment. The unit must meet strict leveling standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.
These levels emphasize the need for meticulous attention to detail.

3.3.3 Achieving perfect coupling alignment is crucial. Prior to alignment, ensure the following precautions are met:
1) Power down the main supply completely;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section, ensuring safe handling;
4) Verify that the motor installation surface is impeccably clean, free from any debris or obstructions;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts. This allows effortless adjustments with ease;
6) Prepare sufficient stainless steel gaskets for the motor, ensuring they are pristine and flat. Refrain from using long, thin gaskets between the motor and base.
7) Utilize either a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, equipment to be procured by the customer.
8) Ready the supporting bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the provided schematic.

9) Mount a dial indicator on the compressor wheel hub using the designated motor wheel hub bracket, placing the probe on the hub's outer edge.
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. The allowable deviation for the outer circle is a mere 0.05mm, ensuring the motor shaft center is slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center, keeping coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts and meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts.;
12) Post the motor's idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment are confirmed, tighten the anchor bolts. Following the initial mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten the bolts for enhanced security.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating marvel—protect it from any solid or liquid infiltration that could cause irreversible damage. It is vital to ensure all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are clean and compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. Rectify any deficiencies promptly and consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure the import and export pipelines feature all necessary accessories as per the PI diagram. The pipelines should be independently supported, with their weight not burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon successful installation and complete concrete solidification of the main fan and ancillary equipment, proceed with the compressor operation test, ensuring all components are in place and functioning optimally.
