3.3.1 Begin the installation journey by positioning the compressor base securely on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims strategically placed beneath the base to ensure a perfect level adjustment for the unit.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons, achieving precision leveling; then, spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 key points for optimal stability.
The manufacturing and installation of these wedges are entrusted to the user, crafted to fit the unique conditions with precision. Ensure the contact surfaces are flawlessly finished for even weight distribution.
The wedge iron boasts a robust bearing capacity, not exceeding 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve meticulous precision. The unit's leveling standards demand an exceptional axial level of 0.05/1000mm, while maintaining a horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Master the art of coupling alignment. Before embarking on this alignment process, confirm the following critical prerequisites:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely switched off, prioritizing safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield with care to expose the essential components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section, readying it for precise alignment;
4) Verify that the motor installation surface is pristine, free from any debris or attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are generously sized relative to the bolts, facilitating easy adjustments;
6) Carefully prepare an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's foot. These should be impeccably flat, with no attachments, ensuring seamless adjustment.
7) Equip yourself with a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, ready for ultimate alignment precision;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying figure, for steadfast readings;
9) Utilize the motor hub mounting bracket to place a dial indicator on the hub's edge, precisely positioning the probe on the compressor hub's outer edge;
10) Through meticulous adjustment of the bolts around the motor feet, align the motor and compressor center lines flawlessly, ensuring the maximum outer circle deviation remains at 0.05mm, while the motor shaft center line sits slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line; coupling end face deviation should be 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Secure the motor feet bolts with confidence, then carefully review and verify the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for impeccable alignment;
12) Conclude the alignment process by installing the coupling's intermediate section, post successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 With the 'levelness' and alignment expertly adjusted, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation (or trial operation), loosen, and retighten the bolts to reinforce stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller spins at high speeds, safeguard it from irreversible damage by preventing any solid or liquid entry. Maintain cleanliness in inlet and outlet pipelines, ensuring compliance with steam corrosion standards. For non-compliant pipelines, rectify the situation with finesse. Consider augmenting the setup with solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, strategically placed before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Install the import and export pipelines with precise adherence to the PI diagram, ensuring each connection is supported by an additional bracket, relieving the compressor body of any undue weight burden.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with its essential ancillary equipment is meticulously installed and the concrete has achieved complete solidification, the stage is set to conduct the operational test of the compressor. This crucial step ensures that the installation is robust and ready for optimal performance.
3.3.8 The compressor’s electric control cabinet must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure safety and efficiency, the connection between the compressor and its control cabinet should be securely established via threading pipes that run underground. Once the control cabinet is perfectly situated, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals within it with the remote DCS lines, establishing a streamlined and reliable control connection.
