Additionally, the system is coupled with a powerful motor and is equipped with advanced electric instruments, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. 3.3.1 Begin by gracefully setting the compressor base integrally upon its foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure perfect leveling of the unit. This step ensures a sturdy and reliable setup.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternate manner. Once the unit is meticulously leveled, firmly spot weld these wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 distinct points, securing the foundation with precision.
The wedge components should be expertly crafted and installed by the user, tailored to fit the unique requirements of the actual situation. The contact surfaces must be finely finished to ensure uniform contact of the inclined planes.
The bearing capacity of the wedge iron should be diligently maintained at no more than 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 With a keen eye for precision, utilize a level to ascertain perfect flatness. For optimal performance, the axial level of the unit should be 0.05 per 1000mm, while the horizontal level must not exceed 0.10 per 1000mm.
These specifications ensure the compressor enjoys impeccable balance and stability.
3.3.3 To achieve flawless coupling centering, adhere to these essential preparatory steps:
1) Begin by cutting off the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield, allowing access for alignment;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section with ease;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from debris, dirt, and attachments for a smooth operation;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes exceed bolt size, permitting easy loosening for motor adjustments;
6) Amass ample stainless steel gaskets to steadfastly support the motor's feet. Ensure these gaskets are devoid of attachments and maintain a flat, robust form. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter of 0.01mm accuracy, items to be provided by the customer;
8) Ready the bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted below;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely position the dial indicator on the hub's periphery, placing its probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub for precise readings;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines meticulously. Aim for a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should remain higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, with the coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Following alignment, fastidiously tighten the motor foot bolts. Reassess the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for assured accuracy;;
12) Upon successful idling test of the motor, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustments, once the casing's levelness and alignment meet standards, firmly tighten all anchor bolts. After a mechanical run or trial operation, release and retighten these bolts to guarantee steadfastness.
3.3.5 The impeller rotates at high velocity, making it crucial to prevent any solid or liquid ingress that could cause irreversible harm to the compressor. Ensure all connecting pipes are impeccably clean and conform to the steam corrosion grade of the system. Rectify any non-compliant pipes promptly. Installing solid-liquid separation systems such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor's inlet straight pipe is highly recommended.
3.3.6 For the compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensure the installation of pertinent pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. The pipework should be supported by independent brackets, with no reliance on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its auxiliary modules are securely in place and the concrete has reached full solidity, you're ready to initiate the compressor operation test. 3.3.8 For optimal setup, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be strategically installed within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The electrical connections from the compressor to this cabinet must be seamlessly integrated using a threading pipe that runs underground. Once the cabinet is positioned, expertly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and efficient system.
