Installation Instructions

3.3.1 For seamless integration, the compressor base should be centrally positioned onto its foundation. Place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust the unit's level. These shims are crucial for stability and precision.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for accurate readings.
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet meticulously so that the compressor and motor center lines align. The outer circle's deviation should not exceed 0.05mm, and the motor shaft center line must be slightly higher than the compressor low-speed shaft center. Coupling end face tolerance should be between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Conclude by tightening the motor foot bolts, and thoroughly review both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling for precision.;
12) Post motor idle test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section, ensuring all components are securely in place.
3.3.4 With the 'levelness' and alignment optimized, proceed to tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and retighten these bolts to maintain integrity.

3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating element. Any solid or liquid intrusion can cause irreversible damage. Thus, ensure cleanliness in the inlet and outlet pipelines, compliant with steam corrosion standards. Pipelines not meeting these criteria must be rectified. Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, prior to the compressor inlet to safeguard against contamination.
3.3.6 Precisely install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to include all necessary pipeline accessories. The pipeline linked to the compressor should be supported by an independent bracket, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon installing the main fan and ancillary equipment, and once the concrete is fully set, conduct a comprehensive compressor operation test to ensure everything is functioning impeccably.
