Once there, it heats the materials, initiating evaporation and enabling the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor's base upon the foundation. Employ wedge-shaped shims underneath to harmoniously adjust the unit's level.
Place two alternating wedge-shaped irons, level the unit with precision, and spot weld these irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. These wedges are
to be manufactured and tailored by the user per unique circumstances, ensuring the contact surface is finely finished for perfect contact
of the inclined plane. Note: The bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Attain precise leveling using a level. Here are the exquisite leveling benchmarks: The axial level should be a meticulous 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal
level maintains a flawless 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieving precision in coupling alignment is essential. Before you embark on alignment, ensure these vital steps are followed:
1) Safely cut off the main power supply;
2) Remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Extricate the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Assess the motor installation plane's flatness, free from foreign materials, dirt, and attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts themselves to allow subtle adjustments;
6) Gather an ample stock of stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's feet. These should be pristine, flat, and free from imperfections. Avoid using long, slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Deploy a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Ready the supporting bracket for the dial indicator, detailed in the figure below;

9) The hub mounting bracket aids in attaching the dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation is a mere 0.05mm (where the motor shaft center line should exceed the compressor's low-speed shaft center line), with coupling end face deviations held between 0.03 and 0.05mm;

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the coupling's outer circle and end face runout;
12) Once the motor idling test is complete, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 After skillfully adjusting the casing's alignment and levelness, fasten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation (or trial run), loosen and re-tighten to perfection.
3.3.5 With the impeller being a rapidly spinning marvel, any foreign solid or liquid intrusions could cause irreparable harm to the compressor. Thus, ensure that adjacent pipelines are pristine and compliance with steam corrosion system specifications is met. Non-conforming pipelines must undergo rectification. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation units (such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee) ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Installation should adhere to the PI diagram, incorporating relevant pipeline accessories. Importantly, the compressor body must not bear the weight of the connected pipelines, which should be aptly supported by an independent bracket.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary gear are in place and the concrete is fully cured, the thrilling compressor operation test can commence.
