Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be meticulously placed on the solid foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the unit level, achieving precision and stability.
Place the wedge-shaped irons in an alternate fashion. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, secure the position by spot welding the wedges at 4 to 5 points. These iron wedges, crafted specifically according to the actual requirements of the installation environment, ensure steadfast stability.
It is essential that the wedges are produced and positioned by the user, tailored to meet the unique conditions. Ensure the contact surface is flawlessly finished for an even and secure interface of the inclined plane.
The design must ensure that the bearing capacity of these wedge irons does not exceed 40Kg/cm², providing robust support.

3.3.2 Employ a high-precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The leveling standards are stringent, ensuring that the axial level remains within 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level within 0.10/1000mm for superior performance.
Maintain these standards to guarantee optimal operation and efficiency.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment. Before initiating the alignment, the following prerequisites must be confirmed:
1) Ensure the main power supply is securely turned off to prevent any electrical hazards.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the necessary components.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for a clear alignment path.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane meticulously, ensuring it is devoid of any foreign objects, dirt, or unnecessary attachments that could compromise alignment.
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolt size. This flexibility allows for precise motor adjustments during alignment.
6) Have ample stainless steel gaskets ready for under-motor placement. These gaskets should be clean and perfectly flat, avoiding the use of long and thin gaskets that may distort the alignment.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a customer-supplied laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm to ensure pinpoint alignment accuracy.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying schematic, ensuring stability and precision.

9) Install the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator precisely on the wheel hub's outer edge for accurate measurements.
10) By accurately adjusting the motor feet's adjustment bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Ensure the maximum deviation for the outer circle does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned above the compressor low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face alignment should be kept within 0.03~0.05mm for optimal performance.

11) Once alignment is confirmed, securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Re-evaluate the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling for assurance.;
12) After conducting a successful motor idling test, reattach the coupling intermediate section to finalize installation.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, ensure anchor bolts are tightened securely. After mechanical testing or trials, re-tighten these bolts for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation necessitates a pristine environment to prevent damage. Ensure all connecting pipelines to the compressor are clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be upgraded. We highly recommend installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to maintain system integrity.
3.3.6 Carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. According to the PI diagram, fit the necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipelines interfacing with the compressor are independently supported by a separate bracket, eliminating undue stress on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and accompanying equipment are fully installed and the concrete is completely set, proceed with the compressor operation test to ensure everything functions seamlessly and efficiently.
