Manufacture and install the wedges in alignment with your unique specifications, ensuring the contact surface is immaculately finished for even interaction along the inclined plane.
Bear in mind, the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed a robust 40Kg/cm².

7) Utilize a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter (0.01mm accuracy), sourced by the customer, to guarantee meticulous alignment.
8) Secure the dial indicator using the provided bracket, as illustrated below, to ensure accuracy.

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub's edge, placing the probe delicately on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Meticulously adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Maintain an outer circle deviation of no more than 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated.

11) Upon achieving optimal alignment, securely tighten the motor foot bolts, reviewing the runout metrics for precision.;
12) Post-motor idling test, proceed with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, secure the casing with anchor bolts. After a successful mechanical or trial operation, loosen and re-tighten the bolts for enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion to avoid irreversible damage. Guarantee that your pipelines meet the steam corrosion grade requirements, rectifying any that don't.
Consider integrating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to prevent potential issues.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Attach necessary pipeline accessories as depicted in the PI diagram, ensuring the pipeline's weight is supported by an independent bracket, safeguarding the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its complementary equipment have been meticulously installed, allowing the concrete to reach complete solidity, the thrilling phase of testing the compressor's operational prowess can commence.
3.3.8 For optimal functionality, the compressor's electric control cabinet should be thoughtfully positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure a seamless connection, employ threading pipes to guide the wiring underground, linking the compressor to the control cabinet. Once the control cabinet is firmly in place, carefully connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust operational network.
