The fundamental principle revolves around compressing the evaporator-generated secondary steam with a highly efficient steam compressor, skillfully transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. This process elevates the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, which is then channeled back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and stimulating evaporation. This innovative approach efficiently recycles the latent heat of vaporization of secondary steam, making it an environmentally friendly and cost-effective solution.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base robustly onto its designated foundation. Strategically place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base; these are essential for achieving strict unit leveling.
Employ alternate placements of two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit reaches perfect alignment, execute spot welding on the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 key points. The user is responsible for the fabrication and precise installation of these wedges.
Ensure the contact surfaces are impeccably finished for even inclined plane contact. The load-bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm.
Ensure the bearing capacity of wedge iron shall not be greater than 40Kg/cm.

3.3.2 Use a precision level to ascertain the unit's level. The expectations for unit leveling are stringent: the axial level requirement is set at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must be 0.10/1000mm.
Maintain these exacting standards to ensure optimal operation.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect alignment of the coupling. Before commencing alignment, adhere strictly to these preparatory steps:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to secure a safe working environment.
2) Detach the protective coupling shield.
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling’s intermediate section.
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for cleanliness, ensuring a flawless surface free from foreign debris.
5) Confirm that the motor bolt hole is appropriately larger than the bolt itself, facilitating necessary adjustments by loosening the bolt.
6) Adequately prepare stainless steel gaskets that will seamlessly cover the motor foot. These gaskets must be spotless and lie perfectly flat. Avoid inserting long, thin gaskets between motor and base for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be sourced by the client.
8) Ensure the readiness of a bracket, as depicted in accompanying figures, to support the dial indicator.

9) Secure a motor wheel hub mounting bracket. This will mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, with the probe resting on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Target a maximum deviation of 0.05mm in the outer circle, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line.

11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts, and rigorously inspect the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts to confirm perfection.;
12) Following a satisfactory motor idling test, reinstall the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-leveling and alignment adjustments, ensure the casing's anchor bolts are tightly secured. After initial mechanical or trial operations, bolts should be loosened and then retightened for assured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller must be safeguarded against any intrusion of solids or liquids, as these can inflict irreversible damage. Guarantee that all inlet and outlet pipelines maintain the cleanliness and comply with the system's specified steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines demand immediate rectification.
Consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, strategically placed before the compressor inlet's straight pipe to enhance protective measures.
3.3.6 Precisely install both compressor inlet and outlet pipes. All import and export pipelines should integrate the appropriate pipeline accessories as delineated by the PI diagram. To alleviate strain, ensure that pipelines connected to the compressor are independently supported by external brackets, prohibiting reliance on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supporting ancillary equipment are expertly installed and the concrete has reached complete solidification, the next pivotal step is conducting the compressor operation test. This test ensures seamless functionality and optimal performance of the entire setup.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet with precision within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. For safety and efficiency, connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet using a robust threading pipe, strategically placed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is perfectly in place, expertly connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, ensuring a seamless and efficient communication pathway.
