Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor's robust base integrally upon the foundation. Position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, meticulously crafted for achieving precise unit leveling.
Carefully alternate these wedge-shaped irons, aligning them perfectly. Once leveling is achieved, skillfully spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 strategic points to secure them.
The wedges, to be adeptly manufactured and installed by the user, should be tailored to the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for even contact,
ensuring a secure connection on the inclined plane. Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's alignment. The unit's axial level should be within 0.05/1000mm, while its horizontal level should stay within 0.10/1000mm.
Ensure that these measurements are precisely adhered to for optimal functioning.

3.3.3 Align the coupling with precision. Before embarking on alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Deactivate the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane meticulously, ensuring no foreign objects, dirt, or remnants are present.
5) The motor's bolt holes should surpass the bolt size to allow adjustments;
6) Secure ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's footing, ensuring they are pristine and impeccably flat. Avoid using elongated or slender gaskets.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a precision laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should prepare.
8) Prepare the designated support bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying figure;

9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is essential for situating a dial indicator on the hub's edge, facilitating precise alignment.
10) By fine-tuning adjustment bolts around the motor's feet, align the compressor and motor center lines. Aim for a maximum deviation of 0.05mm on the outer circle (keeping the motor shaft center elevated over the compressor's low-speed shaft). Ensure coupling end face deviation remains between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then diligently review both outer circle runout and coupling end face runout.;
12) Reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, tighten the anchor bolts. After initial or trial mechanical operations, release and retighten the bolts to ensure continued stability.
3.3.5 As the impeller rotates at high speeds, any solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage. Thus, it is vital to ensure the inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine, adhering to system steam corrosion standards. Should pipelines fail to meet these standards, they must be rectified. Introducing gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is highly advisable.
This proactive measure will help safeguard the compressor's integrity and performance.
3.3.6 For secure installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, adhere to the PI diagram for appropriate pipeline accessories. Ensure that pipelines affixed to the compressor are supported by independent brackets, not imposing any weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it's time to embark on the exciting phase of conducting the compressor operation test. This step marks a significant milestone in ensuring optimal functionality and performance of the equipment.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and seamless integration, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Ensure that all wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is securely connected through an underground conduit using threading pipe. Once the control cabinet is firmly in place, proceed to connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the remote DCS lines, setting the stage for advanced control and monitoring.
