The cornerstone of its operation lies in the sophisticated process where the secondary steam, birthed by the evaporator, is expertly compressed utilizing a high-efficiency steam compressor. This marvel of engineering facilitates the transformation of electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This heated steam is then seamlessly redirected back to the evaporator, where it efficiently heats materials and spurs further evaporation. This cycle brilliantly captures and recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, epitomizing sustainable innovation.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the robust compressor base securely on its foundation. To achieve optimal unit leveling, utilize wedge-shaped shims as supportive adjustments.
Alternate the positioning of these wedge-shaped irons meticulously. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, strategically spot weld the irons at 4-5 points for maximum stability.
It's essential for users to craft and install these wedges based on the actual circumstances, ensuring a finely finished contact surface for even adherence.
The inclined-plane contact must be impeccable, and remember, the bearing capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain exact horizontality. The leveling specifications for the unit demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm, while maintaining a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve precise coupling alignment. Prior to alignment, ensure these prerequisites are met:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield.
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling with care.
4) Verify the motor installation plane is impeccably flat, free of debris, dirt, and any undesired attachments.
5) Ensure that the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves to allow necessary adjustments during motor alignment.
6) Equip yourself with ample stainless steel gaskets to properly support the motor's foundation. Ensure they are free of attachments and possess sufficient flatness. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for base adjustment.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision accuracy of 0.01mm—this tool must be procured independently by the customer.
8) Prepare the necessary bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the following diagram.

9) Implement the motor wheel hub mounting bracket for dial indicator attachment on the wheel hub's edge. Position the dial indicator probe meticulously on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) By skillfully adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Ensure the outer circle deviation does not exceed 0.05mm—note, the motor shaft center line should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Additionally, coupling end face deviation must remain within 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts, then meticulously check the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section with precision.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of 'levelness' and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operation or a trial run, loosen the bolts slightly, then retighten them for ensured stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, being a high-speed rotational component, is susceptible to damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. It's imperative to maintain the cleanliness and corrosion resistance of inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor. Pipelines failing to meet these criteria require rectification. It's advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are equipped with necessary accessories in line with the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor must be supported independently by a separate bracket—its weight must never burden the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and all its ancillary equipment is complete, and the concrete has fully cured and solidified, you are ready to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures everything is seamlessly integrated and prepared for optimal performance.
3.3.8 To ensure maximum efficiency and safety, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring that connects the compressor to this control cabinet must be routed through a threading pipe placed underground. After the cabinet is securely positioned, it's essential to meticulously link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS), thereby ensuring a flawless operational flow.
