The fundamental principle behind this cutting-edge system is to capture the secondary steam generated by the evaporator and compress it using a high-efficiency steam compressor. This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, thereby elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. This increase in temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, where it effectively heats the materials and induces further evaporation. The end result is a remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization present in the secondary steam, substantially enhancing energy efficiency and promoting sustainable practices.
The DM series Single-stage Geared Steam Compressor is meticulously engineered, encompassing key components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and anti-surge control system. 3.3.1 Seamlessly integrate the compressor base onto its foundation, making sure to strategically position wedge-shaped shims beneath for precise leveling of the unit.
3.3.1 Alternately place the wedge-shaped irons; once the unit achieves level perfection, secure them by spot welding at 4 to 5 critical points. The wedges must be
3.3.1 crafted and installed by the user to meet specific conditions, ensuring the contact surface is refined for uniform contact between inclined planes;
3.3.1 Note that the carrying capacity of each wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm

3.3.2 Employ a level to achieve precision leveling. Essential leveling specs: axial level at 0.05/1000mm and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.

3.3.3 Ensure meticulous centering of the coupling. Before proceeding with alignment, address these critical steps:
3.3.3 1) Make sure to turn off the primary power supply for safety;
3.3.3 2) Detach the protective coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3.3.3 3) Extract the central section of the diaphragm coupling to facilitate alignment;
3.3.3 4) Verify the motor installation plane's flatness, ensuring it is free from debris and any obstructions;
3.3.3 5) Ensure motor bolt holes are sufficiently large to allow loosening and precise motor adjustments;
3.3.3 6) Amass an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to securely support the motor feet; gaskets must be clean and flat — avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments;
3.3.3 7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter (accuracy of 0.01mm) supplied by the customer;
3.3.3 8) Prepare a stable bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below;

3.3.3 9) The motor hub mounting bracket should securely mount a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
3.3.3 10) Carefully adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center line accurately, minimizing deviation to 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line; coupling end face should be within 0.03~0.05mm.

3.3.3 11) Firmly secure the motor foot bolts, then meticulously recheck the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for ultimate precision.;
3.3.3 12) Following a successful motor idling test, proceed with installing the coupling's intermediate section with confidence.
3.3.4 Post leveling and alignment adjustments, ensure the anchor bolts are tightly secured. After a mechanical or trial run, revisit these bolts to reaffirm their tightness.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed component, must remain free from any solid or liquid intrusion that could inflict irreversible damage. Ensure the connected inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and compliant with steam corrosion standards. Necessary rectifications must be made for non-compliant pipelines.
3.3.5 Implement solid-liquid separation mechanisms, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, ahead of the compressor's inlet straight pipe to enhance protection.
3.3.6 Skillfully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, equipping them with requisite pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. Ensure pipelines funneling into the compressor are firmly supported by separate brackets, not resting their weight on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with all its ancillary equipment is set in place and the concrete has reached its full strength, it's time to embark on the operation test of the compressor. This crucial step ensures the seamless functionality and efficiency of our Cutting-Edge Steam Compressor, designed to transform wastewater management practices with sustainable and reliable performance.
3.3.8 To ensure optimal performance, the electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to the control cabinet will be expertly handled using threading pipes that are securely laid underground. Once the electric control cabinet is installed, it is imperative to diligently connect the wiring terminals inside to the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing an efficient and uninterrupted flow of operations.
