This process operates on a fundamental principle: the evaporator produces secondary steam, which is then efficiently compressed using our high-performing steam compressor. This advanced mechanism transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, which subsequently elevates the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The heightened temperature of the steam is redirected back to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and facilitating evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be securely placed on the foundation. It is essential to place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust and ensure the unit is perfectly level.
Insert two wedge-shaped irons alternately to achieve precise leveling. Once the desired level is accomplished, spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4-5 points.
The wedges must be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the actual conditions. The contact surfaces should be crafted to perfection to ensure uniform contact on inclined planes.

3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to ascertain the unit's precision. The axial level must adhere strictly to a ratio of 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level should be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieving perfect coupling alignment is critical. Before commencing alignment, ensure these prerequisites are satisfied:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the coupling;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling intermediate section for unobstructed access;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is perfectly flat, free from any debris, dirt, or attachments;
5) The motor bolt holes must be slightly larger than the bolt size to permit easy adjustment of the motor by loosening the bolts;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to support the motor's feet. Ensure the gaskets are pristine and level, avoiding the use of long and thin gaskets for adjustment purposes;
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, sourced by the customer;
8) Prepare a bracket to hold the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to install a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle is within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line. Maintain coupling end face deviations between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Finally, secure the motor foot bolts firmly, then meticulously review and confirm the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling are within acceptable limits.;
12) After successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing's level and alignment are adjusted to perfection, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After initial mechanical or trial operations, loosen and retighten them to ensure optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed component, requiring utmost protection from any solid or liquid intrusion, as these can cause irreversible damage. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are meticulously clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Any pipeline not meeting these criteria should be promptly rectified.
It is highly advisable to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor inlet to prevent contamination.
3.3.6 Carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that the import and export pipelines are equipped with the appropriate pipeline accessories as illustrated in the PI diagram. Importantly, the weight of these pipelines should be supported by an independent bracket, not by the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the primary fan and its supplementary apparatus have been securely installed and the concrete has fully cured, the stage is set to initiate the compressor operation test. This is a crucial phase to ensure the seamless functioning and reliability of the Advanced Steam Compressor for achieving outstanding wastewater treatment efficiency.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor strategically within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure that the electrical wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet is meticulously threaded through piping, securely placed underground for optimal safety and efficiency. Following the precise installation of the electric control cabinet, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals within the cabinet with the lines extending to the remote DCS, ensuring a cohesive operational network.
