This remarkably efficient system is comprised of key components such as the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, lubrication system, motor, electric instrument, and an advanced anti-surge control system. Its compact structure not only enhances its aesthetic appeal but also ensures ease of maintenance, making it an indispensable tool for modern industrial applications.
3.3.1 Begin by delicately positioning the compressor's overall base onto the foundation. Strategically place wedge-shaped shims underneath to achieve perfect level adjustment.
Craft a seamless blend by alternating the placement of these wedge-shaped irons. Once precisely leveled, expertly spot weld these wedges at 4 to 5 optimal points.
These wedges should be customized and installed by the user, tailored to the unique dynamics of the situation. Ensure the contact surfaces are flawlessly finished for optimal engagement.
The wedge's bearing capacity must be meticulously restricted to no more than 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a level tool to confirm precision. The unit's leveling requirements are meticulous, with an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and horizontal precision of 0.10/1000mm.
Leveling must adhere to these uncompromising standards for flawless operation.
3.3.3 Focus on coupling alignment. Prior to commencing, ensure the following crucial preparatory steps are completed:
1) Securely disable the main power source;
2) Detach the protective coupling shield;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's central segment;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor's installation surface, ensuring it's devoid of impurities, dirt, or foreign elements;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, allowing for necessary adjustments;
6) Accumulate an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets to cover the motor's feet. These gaskets must remain pristine and perfectly level. Avoid using elongated or thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or precision laser alignment device, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer must procure;
8) Set up the support bracket for the dial indicator, as per the illustration provided below;
9) Employ the motor hub mounting bracket to precisely position the dial indicator along the wheel hub edge, ensuring the probe aligns with the outer compressor hub edge;
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines seamlessly, with a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. Ensure the motor shaft center line is strategically higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, maintaining a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Once alignment is perfected, securely fasten the motor foot bolts. Reassess the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for impeccable integrity;
12) Conclude with the installation of the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post alignment and level adjustments of the casing, meticulously tighten the anchor bolts. Following mechanical operation, revisit the bolts for a final tightening to ensure unwavering security.
3.3.5 Recognize the impeller as a high-velocity marvel; any foreign solid or liquid intrusion can inflict irreversible damage. Prioritize immaculate cleanliness and compliance with steam corrosion standards for connected pipelines. Non-compliant pipelines demand immediate rectification. It is highlyrecommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly integrate the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. These pipelines must be equipped with essential accessories, aligned with the PI diagram. Ensure the pipelines' weight is independently supported, never burdening the compressor itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan along with all its auxiliary components are impeccably installed and the concrete has attained complete solidification, you're all set to initiate the highly anticipated compressor operation test. This step ensures that your setup is ready to deliver optimal performance.
3.3.8 The electrical control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring that runs from the compressor to this electric control hub should be meticulously routed through a threading pipe, discreetly installed underground. Once the control cabinet is perfectly stationed, make sure to connect the wiring terminals within, linking seamlessly with the lines at the remote DCS for flawless communication and control.
