The core principle revolves around the secondary steam generated by the evaporator. This steam is skillfully compressed using a high-efficiency steam compressor, effectively transforming electrical energy into thermal energy. This process elevates both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam, enabling it to return triumphantly to the evaporator. There, it invigorates the heating of materials, driving evaporation, and thus ingeniously recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by integrally placing the compressor base upon the foundation. Strategically position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to facilitate precise leveling of the unit.
Place two wedge-shaped irons alternatively, ensuring the unit is perfectly level. Secure the irons in place with spot welding at 4 to 5 points.
The user is to manufacture and install the wedges tailored to the actual conditions, ensuring the contact surface is carefully finished to guarantee even engagement of the inclined plane.
Make certain that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a level for precision leveling. The unit’s axial leveling standard is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level standard is 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with meticulous care. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure compliance with the following prerequisites:
1) Deactivate the main power supply for safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield to gain necessary access;
3) Extract the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Verify the flatness of the motor installation plane, ensuring it is free from debris and contaminants;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt size to allow for loosening and adjustment of the motor;
6) Prepare ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor’s footing. These should be debris-free and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Equip yourself with a dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm;
8) Ready the bracket as illustrated below to support the dial indicator;

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge, placing its probe on the compressor wheel hub’s outer edge;
10) Align the motor and compressor center lines by adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, ensuring a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should be slightly higher than the compressor’s low-speed shaft, with the coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Securely fasten the motor foot bolts and reassess the outer circle runout along with the coupling end face runout;
12) After completing the motor idling test, reinstall the coupling’s intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post alignment and level adjustments of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten these bolts for ensured stability.
3.3.5 The high-speed rotating impeller requires utmost protection against any ingress of solid or liquid, which can severely damage the compressor. Ensure inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and adhere to the system’s steam corrosion standards. Pipelines that fall short must be promptly rectified. It is recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the straight pipe at the compressor inlet.

3.3.6 Proceed to install the compressor’s inlet and outlet pipes. Import and export pipelines must include relevant accessories as outlined in the PI diagram. To avoid undue stress, support these pipelines with an independent bracket rather than relying on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its comprehensive ancillary equipment is accomplished, and the concrete base has fully solidified, it is time to embark on the compressor operation test. This critical stage marks the transition from installation to operational readiness, ensuring all components function harmoniously.
3.3.8 Strategically situate the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius of the unit, ensuring optimal accessibility and efficiency. Utilize a threading pipe to securely connect the wiring from the compressor, directing it underground for enhanced safety and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is installed, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals within the cabinet with the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust and reliable communication channel.
