The fan unit itself is a harmonious integration of dynamic and static components, featuring the rotor part (comprising the impeller and main shaft) and the static part (housing, inlet box, and air inlet). Additionally, it is equipped with an adjustable damper and more to ensure optimal performance. The auxiliaries enhance functionality and include a high-performance motor, a state-of-the-art hydraulic coupling, a precision actuator, and other critical components.
Our centrifugal fans boast a versatile range of transmission methods, tailored to meet diverse operational needs. These include the motor direct connection (A type) for straightforward operation, the reliable belt transmission (B, C, E type) for flexibility, the sturdy coupling transmission (D type) for enhanced power transfer, and the innovative coupling transmission with inlet box (F type) for advanced airflow management. Notably, the E type and F type can be ingeniously designed as double suction fan types, offering superior efficiency and performance.
Upon arrival of the fan, check whether all parts are damaged or missing, and any defects and deviations should be reported to Dart-Rich
as soon as possible.
1. For the fan parts delivered in bulk, some matching parts have been pre-assembled in Dart-Rich and marked before disassembly,
packaging and transportation, and must be installed on site according to the markings.
2. It is necessary to drive the transmission part before installation after the installed ventilator of the whole machine arrives at the site,
check whether the rotating parts are rubbed or jammed, and check the coaxiality of the coupling between the fan and the motor. If there are any problems, it is necessary to adjust and correct them in time.
