This elevated steam is then cycled back to the evaporator, providing the necessary heat to the materials to induce evaporation. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin the installation by carefully placing the compressor base onto the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to expertly adjust the unit to a perfect level.
Position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is impeccably leveled, skillfully spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
These wedges should be custom manufactured and installed by the user to accommodate specific on-site conditions, ensuring a perfectly finished contact surface.
The inclined planes must make even contact, and the wedges should support no more than 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Use precision leveling instruments to achieve the utmost accuracy. Unit leveling specifications demand an axial level tolerance of 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal level not exceeding 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by adhering to the following essential requirements:
1) Ensure complete deactivation of the main power supply;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Methodically remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor's installation plane, ensuring it is free of debris, dirt, and other unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts, allowing for precise motor adjustments with ease;
6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to fit seamlessly under the motor's feet. Ensure they are free of attachments and exceptionally flat, avoiding the use of long and thin gaskets for adjustments;
7) Utilize a highly accurate dial indicator or laser alignment meter, with a precision of 0.01mm, for impeccable alignment;
8) Assemble the support bracket for the dial indicator as depicted in the accompanying illustration;

9) Mount the dial indicator on the motor wheel hub bracket, positioning the probe to touch the compressor wheel hub's outer edge effortlessly;
10) Achieve precise alignment by adjusting the bolts around the motor feet. Ensure the compressor and motor center lines align perfectly (or adjust according to the provided instructions), maintaining a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line and coupling end face variance of 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly and inspect for any outer circle or end face runouts on the coupling.;
12) Reassemble the coupling's intermediate section once the motor has passed the idling test with flying colors.
3.3.4 Upon achieving perfect 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Following the mechanical or trial operation, loosen and re-tighten the bolts to ensure maximum stability.
3.3.5 The compressor's impeller is a high-speed marvel, vulnerable to irreparable damage from any solid or liquid intrusion. Guarantee that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are pristine and meet the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines not up to standard must be urgently rectified. Consider adding essential solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, just before the compressor inlet's straight pipe for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Carefully install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram for the installation of all relevant pipeline accessories. Ensure that the pipelines connected to the compressor are supported by an independent bracket, eliminating any weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has fully solidified, it becomes the ideal time to initiate the compressor operation test. Ensuring structural stability and readiness is key to a successful assessment of the system's performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter proximity to the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet must be securely threaded through pipework that runs safely underground. Once the electric control cabinet is properly installed, proceed to connect the wiring terminals within it to the remote DCS lines, ensuring seamless communication and control.
