The core principle involves the secondary steam produced by the evaporator being compressed using a highly energy-efficient steam compressor. This process transforms electrical energy into thermal energy. As a result, the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam are elevated, enabling this steam to return to the evaporator. Once there, it heats the materials, prompting further evaporation. This innovative cycle effectively facilitates the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, making it an exemplary model of energy efficiency.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by setting the compressor's robust base firmly onto the foundation. Introduce a series of wedge-shaped shims below the base to meticulously adjust the unit's level.
Alternate the placement of these precision wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, skillfully spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points.
Ensure that the wedge is crafted and installed by users tailored to the specific conditions at hand. The contact surface must be impeccably finished for seamless interaction,

3.3.2 Utilize a high-precision level to achieve exact leveling. The unit's leveling must meet these exacting standards: an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve impeccable coupling alignment. Prior to commencing alignment, ensure these vital steps are completed:
1) Deactivate the primary power supply for safety;
2) Detach the protective shield from the coupling;
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Inspect the motor's installation plane for impeccable flatness, ensuring no debris or residues are present;
5) Ensure the motor's bolt holes exceed the bolt size, for seamless loosening and adjustment of the motor;
6) Amass a sufficient number of stainless steel shims to fully support the motor's base, ensuring they are free from debris and uniformly flat. Avoid the use of elongated, thin shims for base adjustments;
7) Employ either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter, boasting a precision of 0.01mm (to be provided by the customer);
8) Gather the requisite bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the diagram below;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely position a dial indicator on the periphery of the hub, placing its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Through meticulous adjustment of bolts surrounding the motor feet, align the compressor and motor center lines precisely. Ensure the outer circle's deviation remains within 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Additionally, maintain the coupling end face's deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Re-evaluate the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling to ensure precision;;
12) After a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section with care.
3.3.4 Following successful alignment and 'levelness' of the casing, fasten the anchor bolts. Post-mechanical operations or trials, loosen the bolts and re-tighten them for optimal stability.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation necessitates a pristine environment, as foreign materials can cause irreparable damage. It is critical to maintain the cleanliness of pipelines linked to the compressor, adhering rigorously to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Should pipelines fall short, immediate rectification is required. Consider integrating solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.

3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram to install pertinent pipeline accessories. Ensure that pipelines connecting to the compressor are independently supported, not relying on the compressor body for support.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan and its essential ancillary equipment, and once the concrete foundation has completely solidified, you can proceed to initiate the operation test of the compressor. This crucial step ensures that all components are perfectly aligned and functioning seamlessly, setting the stage for efficient and reliable operations.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. For optimal safety and efficiency, the wiring should be guided through a threading pipe, discreetly routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, ensure a seamless connection by linking the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, thereby integrating the system for enhanced operational control.
