3.3.1 To unlock the full potential of your Steam Compressor with Overall Base and Guide Vane Adjustment Features from NANTONG DART-RICH FAN CO., LTD, it is pivotal to position the compressor base integrally onto a robust foundation. Expertly place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to adjust the unit with precision to an immaculate level.
Strategically arrange the wedge-shaped irons in a staggered pattern. Once flawless leveling is achieved, secure the irons with expert spot welding at 4 to 5 crucial points. The wedges should be customized and installed by the user, tailored to specific conditions to ensure a seamless contact surface for optimal force distribution.
The contact surface must be meticulously finished to guarantee even contact of the inclined plane. It is imperative that the bearing capacity of the wedge irons does not exceed 40Kg/cm² to preserve structural integrity.
3.3.2 Employ a highly precise level to meticulously calibrate the unit's level. These stringent leveling standards demand an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm for unmatched precision.
3.3.3 Perfect coupling alignment is essential and can be achieved by rigorously following these vital steps:
1) For utmost safety, ensure the main power supply is completely deactivated;
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield to proceed;
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane's flatness to ensure it's pristine and free from any foreign materials;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes offer ample clearance, larger than the bolts themselves, to allow for necessary bolt adjustments;
6) Prepare a generous stock of premium stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. Ensure these gaskets are perfectly smooth and devoid of any attachments, steering clear of long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with precision up to 0.01mm, which should be supplied by the customer;
8) Construct a robust bracket to support the dial indicator, as shown in the accompanying diagram;
9) Apply the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to securely attach a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the dial indicator probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub for accurate measurements;
10) With precise adjustments, align the compressor and motor center lines by adjusting the motor feet's bolts. Ensure the maximum deviation of the outer circle does not exceed 0.05mm. Align the motor shaft center line slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, maintaining the coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely tightening the motor foot bolts and meticulously reviewing the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for optimal alignment assurance.
12) Following successful motor idling tests, proceed to reinstall the coupling intermediate section to guarantee seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once the 'levelness' and alignment of the casing have been expertly calibrated, tighten the anchor bolts to ensure steadfast stability. After mechanical or trial operations, it is critical to loosen and retighten the bolts to maintain enduring reliability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a high-speed rotating component, hence it is crucial to prevent any solid or liquid intrusion, as this can cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Ensure that the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Pipelines not meeting these standards must undergo essential rectifications.It is strongly advised to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to safeguard system integrity.
3.3.6 Begin the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision and care. Ensure that the import and export pipelines are equipped with all the necessary pipeline accessories, as illustrated in the PI diagram. It is imperative to support the pipeline connected to the compressor with an independent bracket. This precaution is essential to prevent any excessive weight from being imposed on the compressor itself, ensuring its longevity and optimal performance.
3.3.7 Following the meticulous installation of the main fan and its associated equipment, and once the concrete foundation has fully set and solidified, you are ready to embark on the exhilarating compressor operation test phase. This vital step is your assurance that every component functions flawlessly and efficiently, reinforcing confidence in the system's reliability and operational excellence.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Employ a resilient threading pipe to seamlessly connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, with the wiring skillfully routed underground for a discreet and tidy appearance. Once the electric control cabinet is securely placed, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the designated lines at the remote DCS. This step is crucial for establishing a robust and reliable control link, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operation.
