MVR, or Mechanical Vapor Recompression, embodies a cutting-edge, energy-efficient technology designed to significantly curtail external energy requirements by brilliantly recycling the secondary steam energy it produces. The core principle involves the secondary steam, emanating from the evaporator, being ingeniously compressed by a high-energy-efficiency steam compressor. This process ingeniously transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, subsequently elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated steam is then channeled back to the evaporator, effectively heating materials and fostering evaporation, thereby facilitating a sustainable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

This sophisticated system is meticulously comprised of essential components such as the robust compressor body, which includes the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, and seal, along with a coupling, motor, and electric instruments. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by positioning the compressor base securely upon its foundation. To ensure precision and stability, place wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve a level unit.
Carefully alternate two wedge-shaped irons for optimal leveling. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points for enhanced stability.
The user should manufacture and install the wedges based on the specific conditions of their setup. Ensure the contact surfaces are finished for uniform contact across the inclined plane.
Keep in mind that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to establish the unit's exact level. Adhere to the stringent leveling requirements: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Precise Coupling Alignment. Before aligning, ensure the following critical steps are addressed:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Remove the protective coupling shield for unobstructed access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor installation surface is free from any debris, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately sized to allow for bolt loosening during motor adjustments;
6) Amass enough stainless steel gaskets to adequately support the motor base. These gaskets must be flat, clean, and free of any attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, which should be procured by the customer;
8) Prepare an appropriate support bracket for the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator at the edge of the wheel hub, placing the probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts meticulously so that the compressor and motor center lines align perfectly. Aim for the outer circle's maximum deviation to be 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center, with coupling face deviations between 0.03 to 0.05mm.

11) After alignment, securely fasten the motor foot bolts and recheck the outer circle and end face of the coupling for any runout.;
12) After verifying motor operation during an idle test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Once the casing is level and aligned, tighten the anchor bolts. After initial mechanical operation or trial run, loosen and then retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The high-speed rotating impeller requires strict protection. Prevent any solids or liquids from entering, as they could irreparably damage the compressor. Ensure that all inlet and outlet pipelines are pristinely clean and compliant with the steam corrosion standards of the system. Non-compliant pipelines must be amended. It is recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, prior to the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Follow the PI diagram to correctly affix the necessary pipeline accessories. Ensure the pipelines are independently supported by separate brackets, as their weight should not burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Upon the successful installation of the main fan alongside its ancillary equipment, and once the concrete has achieved complete solidification, the pathway is clear to embark on the compressor operation test. This moment marks the beginning of a new era in operational efficiency.
3.3.8 Ensuring optimal functionality, the electric control cabinet for the compressor is strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to the electric control cabinet is achieved through a threading pipe system, carefully routed underground to enhance durability and aesthetics. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, it's imperative to connect the wiring terminals inside it with the remote DCS lines, thereby establishing a seamless communication network.
