Installation Instructions

3.3.1 The compressor base should be carefully situated onto the foundation with precision. Utilize wedge-shaped shims under the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Strategically position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is leveled to perfection, spot weld the irons securely at 4 to 5 points.
These wedges should be crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are expertly finished for even contact.
The inclined plane's evenness is crucial and the wedge iron's bearing capacity must not exceed 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Employ a level for absolute precision. The unit's leveling metrics are: axial level precision at 0.05/1000mm, and horizontal level at 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment by adhering to these key preparatory steps:
1) Ensure complete safety by disconnecting the main power supply.
2) Carefully remove the protective coupling shield.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section meticulously.
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for absolute flatness, ensuring it's free from any debris or dirt.
5) The motor bolt hole must be larger than the bolt itself, enabling easy loosening for motor adjustments.
6) Gather a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets to fully cover the motor's foot. These should be devoid of attachments and perfectly flat. Avoid using elongated, thin gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize precision tools like a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an impeccable accuracy of 0.01mm, provided by the customer.
8) Prepare the essential bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as detailed in the accompanying illustration.

9) Employ the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator at the hub's edge, ensuring the probe is at the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately. Maintain a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center slightly elevated above the compressor low-speed shaft. End face deviation should remain between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.
12) Conclude by reinstalling the coupling's intermediate section post-motor idling test.
3.3.4 Following the meticulous adjustment of the casing's "levelness" and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical or trial operation, loosen and retighten these bolts for enhanced security.

3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must remain free from solids or liquids to avoid catastrophic damage. Ensure that the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are pristine and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines that fall short need immediate rectification. Consider installing solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes, ensuring all relevant pipeline accessories align with the PI diagram. The connected pipeline should be independently supported by another bracket, as the compressor body should not bear its weight.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary systems are meticulously installed and the concrete base has fully solidified, the much-anticipated compressor operation test can proceed, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. To ensure efficient and safe wiring, utilize threading pipes for the connection, which should be routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, the final step is to seamlessly connect the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines interfacing with the remote DCS, ensuring a streamlined and efficient control system.
