This sophisticated series encompasses essential components including the compressor body, coupling, gearbox, a state-of-the-art lubrication system, a reliable motor, and an advanced electric instrument. Moreover, it features an anti-surge control system to ensure uninterrupted operation. 3.3.1 Begin by securely positioning the compressor base onto the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precision leveling of the unit.
Carefully arrange two wedge-shaped irons in alternating fashion. Once aligned, cautiously spot weld these irons in 4-5 strategic points. The wedge must be
crafted and installed by the user, tailored to the specific on-site conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are meticulously finished for even distribution of inclined
loads. Remember, the wedge iron's load-bearing capacity should not exceed 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ a precision level to ascertain the unit's levelness. Adhere to stringent leveling criteria: axial level must be 0.05/1000mm and horizontal
level should maintain 0.10/1000mm accuracy.
3.3.3 Achieve coupling alignment with absolute precision. Prior to initiating alignment procedures, ensure the following prerequisites are met:
1) Deactivate the primary power supply.
2) Detach the coupling protection shield.
3) Carefully remove the diaphragm coupling's middle segment.
4) Meticulously inspect the motor's installation plane for flatness and cleanliness, ensuring absence of foreign materials or debris.
5) Ensure the motor bolt hole is adequately larger than the bolt itself, allowing for loosening and precise motor adjustments.
6) Amass ample stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot. These gaskets must be pristine and completely flat. Avoid using slender or elongated gaskets for in-between adjustments.
7) Opt for a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting 0.01mm accuracy, which the customer should procure independently.
8) Prepare the specified bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated below.
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing its probe along the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines, ensuring maximum deviation does not exceed 0.05mm (note the motor shaft center line should be elevated relative to the compressor's low-speed shaft), with coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by securely fastening the motor foot bolts and reassessing the coupling's outer circle and end face runout.;
12) Once the motor has undergone an idling test, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post 'levelness' and alignment adjustments of the casing, ensure the anchor bolts are securely tightened. After the mechanical operation, or trial run, loosen the bolts briefly and then retighten them.
3.3.5 The impeller, a critical high-speed component, demands protection from solid or liquid intrusion, which could severely impair the compressor. Therefore, maintain utmost cleanliness of the inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor, ensuring compliance with the system's steam corrosion grade. Rectify any pipeline discrepancies. Additionally, it is highlyrecommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation devices, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, preceding the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with pertinent accessories as per the PI diagram. Support these pipelines with independent brackets, as their weight must not impose on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its supportive equipment are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation has completely solidified, you are all set to initiate the operation test of the compressor. This is a crucial phase where the seamless functionality of the compressor is put to the test, ensuring its readiness for efficient vanadium wastewater treatment.
3.3.8 Ensure the precision installation of the compressor's electric control cabinet within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor. Use threading pipes for the wiring that runs underground, securely linking the compressor to the electric control cabinet. Once the cabinet is perfectly positioned, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, guaranteeing a flawless communication pathway for optimal performance.
