Its main components include a compressor body, which consists of the volute, impeller, main shaft, bearing housing, seal, and related parts. 3.3.1 Our compressor base is designed for seamless installation; simply place it integrally onto your foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve precise leveling.
Strategically alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensure your unit is perfectly level, then spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points for optimal stability.
The user should craft and install these wedges tailored to their specific context, ensuring a flawless contact surface for consistent inclined plane engagement.

3.3.2 Achieve impeccable leveling precision using a high-quality level. Our stringent requirements ensure remarkable exactness:
The axial level precision must be 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level precision should be 0.10/1000mm.
3.3.3 For coupling alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are meticulously met before initiation:
1) Deactivate the main power completely;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section;
4) Verify the motor's installation plane is flawlessly flat, devoid of debris or unwanted attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are sufficiently large to allow bolt adjustments for motor repositioning;
6) Prepare an ample supply of pristine stainless steel gaskets for motor footing. Avoid using flimsy or elongated gaskets for precise adjustments.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy (to be provided by the customer);
8) Assemble a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Utilize the motor wheel hub bracket to secure a dial indicator along the hub's edge, with the probe positioned on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines accurately, ensuring maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm and a coupling end face deviation of 0.03~0.05mm.
11) Conclude by firmly securing the motor foot bolts, then reassess coupling outer circle and end face runout for perfection.;
12) Post-motor idling test, proceed to reinstall the coupling intermediate section, ensuring readiness for subsequent operations.
3.3.4 Upon achieving precise 'levelness' and alignment, secure the anchor bolts decisively. Following mechanical or trial operation, release and retighten the bolts for optimal tensioning.
3.3.5 Protect the high-speed rotating impeller from potential harm caused by solid or liquid impurities. Maintain cleanliness in inlet/outlet pipelines to adhere to system steam corrosion standards. Rectify pipelines as necessary and consider adding solid-liquid separation equipment like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Installing compressor inlet and outlet pipes requires incorporating relevant accessories as specified in the PI diagram. Ensure that the connected pipeline is independently supported, avoiding undue strain on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and auxiliary equipment are securely installed and concrete curing is complete, proceed with the compressor operation test to verify system readiness.
