Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Position the compressor base securely on the foundation, introducing wedge-shaped shims beneath to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Skillfully alternate two wedge-shaped irons, ensuring the unit is level, then spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 key points for maximum stability.
Craft and install the wedge according to specific user conditions, ensuring a finished contact surface for even interaction along inclined planes.
The wedge iron's bearing capacity must be kept under 40Kg/cm² to maintain structural integrity.

3.3.2 Use precision leveling tools to attain the unit's axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal accuracy of 0.10/1000mm for optimal performance.
Assure your unit is flawlessly leveled within these precise parameters.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect centering of the coupling with these essential steps before alignment:
1) Deactivate the main power source to ensure safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield for access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section for alignment preparation;
4) Verify the motor installation surface for cleanliness, removing any foreign materials, dirt, or residues;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes exceed bolt sizes to allow for necessary motor adjustments;
6) Stock up on stainless steel gaskets for motor support, ensuring they're free from any impurities and perfectly flat.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter, boasting a remarkable 0.01mm accuracy, procured by the customer;
8) Obtain the bracket to hold the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub edge, placing its probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge for precise measurement;
10) Adjust motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines, minimizing deviation to 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face, with the motor shaft center above the compressor's low-speed shaft.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts after adjustments, and verify both outer circle and end face runout of the coupling for integrity;;
12) Reassemble the coupling intermediate section post motor idling test, ensuring seamless operation.
3.3.4 Once levelness and alignment are perfected, anchor the bolts firmly. After operation testing, loosen and retighten bolts to solidify the setup.
3.3.5 The impeller's high-speed rotation requires cleanliness in inlet and outlet pipelines to avoid damage. Meet steam corrosion system standards strictly, and retrofit non-compliant pipes.
It is advisable to integrate solid-liquid separation devices (gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) pre-compressor inlet to prevent potential damage.
3.3.6 Attach inlet and outlet pipes to the compressor, adhering to the PI diagram for accessory installation. Support connected pipelines externally to avoid burdening the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment are securely installed and the concrete has completely solidified, it is the perfect time to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial stage ensures that everything is running smoothly and efficiently.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet of the compressor should be strategically installed within a convenient distance of 5 meters from the compressor itself. To ensure safety and neatness, the wiring connecting the compressor to the electric control cabinet should be meticulously threaded through underground piping. Once the electric control cabinet is firmly in place, make sure to connect the wiring terminals seamlessly with the lines at the remote Distributed Control System (DCS).
