3.3.1 Gracefully position the compressor base on its designated foundation, enhancing stability with strategically placed wedge-shaped shims beneath. These shims will ensure a perfectly leveled unit.
Alternate the arrangement of two wedge-shaped irons, achieving precise leveling. Once this is accomplished, delicately spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 points, forging a steadfast alignment.
The creation and installation of these wedges should be tailored by the user to meet the specific nuances of their situation. It is imperative that the contact surface is smooth and even,
guaranteeing seamless interaction of the inclined plane. Remember, the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not surpass 40Kg/cm².2).
3.3.2 Empower precision by utilizing a level instrument. The unit's leveling criteria demand: an axial precision of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal precision of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 The coupling must be meticulously centered. Prior to alignment, adhere to these critical requirements:
1) Ensure the main power supply is fully turned off, ensuring absolute safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the essential components;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to facilitate precise alignment;
4) Scrutinize the motor installation plane for any foreign materials, dirt, or unwanted attachments;
5) Guarantee that motor bolt holes exceed the bolt size, offering flexibility for adjustments;
6) Procure flawless stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foundation, ensuring no imperfections. Avoid using elongated gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm (customer-provided);
8) Secure a sturdy bracket, as illustrated, to support the dial indicator unwaveringly;
9) The motor wheel hub bracket is essential for dial indicator attachment, ensuring precise measurements against the compressor hub;
10) Adjust motor foot bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines closely. The maximum outer circle deviation is 0.05mm, ensuring superior accuracy of alignment;
11) Finally, firmly secure the motor foot bolts, then meticulously review the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling,;
12) Once the idle test is completed, reinstate the coupling's intermediate section to finalize assembly.
3.3.4 With the casing's 'levelness' and alignment adjusted, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After the operational trial, re-tighten the bolts to ensure enduring stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, is vulnerable to damage from any infiltrating solids or liquids. Thus, it is crucial to ensure the cleanliness of the pipelines connected to the compressor, adhering to the specified steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be corrected to avert damage.It is highly recommended to incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor inlet, enhancing operational safety.
3.3.6 Seamlessly install the compressor inlet and outlet pipes, integrating pipeline accessories as per the PI diagram. The compressor-connected pipeline should be independently supported, ensuring its weight doesn't burden the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components are meticulously installed and the concrete foundation reaches full solidity, it's time to conduct the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures optimal functionality and performance, setting the stage for seamless operations.
3.3.8 The electric control cabinet of the compressor must be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. The wiring, securely threaded through pipes, should be routed underground for enhanced protection and efficiency. Once the electric control cabinet is in position, expertly connect the internal wiring terminals to the external lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable communication flow.
