The core principle is mesmerizingly simple: secondary steam generated by the evaporator is astonishingly compressed with a state-of-the-art high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This transformative process converts electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating both the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The magnificently risen temperature then returns this invigorated steam to the evaporator, effectively heating materials and inciting evaporation. This elegant recycling process masterfully harnesses the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, showcasing an unparalleled commitment to sustainability.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 To ensure the utmost stability and efficiency, place the compressor base integrally on the foundation. Utilize wedge-shaped shims strategically underneath the base to achieve perfect leveling of the unit.
Alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons and, once the unit is precisely leveled, securely spot weld the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 critical points.
These wedges should be custom-manufactured and installed by the user, adapting to the actual conditions. Ensure the contact surfaces are finished for even contact on the inclined plane.
The wedge irons are designed to handle a maximum bearing capacity of 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Achieve precise leveling using a high-accuracy level tool. The compressor unit's axial level should be maintained at 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal level must be at 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance.
Ensure compliance with these stringent leveling requirements for the best operational efficiency.

3.3.3 Professional Coupling Alignment is crucial. Before initiating the alignment process, please confirm adherence to the following indispensable requirements:
1) The main power supply must be completely turned off for safety.
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully to access the components.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section to prepare for alignment.
4) Thoroughly check the motor installation plane for complete flatness and cleanliness, ensuring it's devoid of any contaminants or attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are sufficiently larger than the bolts themselves, allowing for bolt loosening and smooth motor adjustments.
6) Prepare adequate stainless steel gaskets that are clean and perfectly flat to support the motor feet. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments between motor and base.
7) Employ a high-precision dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with 0.01mm accuracy, procurable by the customer.
8) Have a robust bracket ready to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying figure.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator on the wheel hub's edge, placing the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer rim.
10) With precision, adjust the bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure a maximum outer circle deviation of 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly elevated compared to the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and maintain a coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Tighten the motor foot bolts securely, then meticulously review both the outer circle and end face runouts of the coupling.;
12) After conducting a motor idling test, reassemble the coupling's intermediate section, ensuring all systems are seamlessly aligned.
3.3.4 Once you have finely tuned the casing's 'levelness' and alignment, fasten the anchor bolts. Following a successful mechanical run or trial operation, it's advisable to loosen and retighten the bolts for reinforced stability.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed rotating component, requiring absolute protection from solid or liquid intrusion to prevent severe damage to the compressor. It's imperative that all inlet and outlet pipelines connected to the compressor are rigorously clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade requirements. Any pipelines failing to meet this standard should be promptly rectified. Installation of solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is strongly recommended.

3.3.6 For the optimal installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes, ensure all relevant pipeline accessories are accurately installed according to the PI diagram. Pipelines linked to the compressor must be supported by a separate bracket to avoid imposing weight on the compressor body itself, ensuring longevity and performance efficiency.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been expertly installed and the foundation concrete has fully solidified, you're primed to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures your system is prepared for peak performance in wastewater management.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, position the electric control cabinet within a convenient 5m radius of the compressor. Use threading pipes for seamless connection from the compressor to the control cabinet, ensuring these pipes are carefully routed underground. Once the electric control cabinet is securely in place, meticulously link the wiring terminals in the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, setting the stage for streamlined operations and control.
