This conversion seamlessly transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, resulting in an increased pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature guides the steam back to the evaporator, efficiently heating materials and inducing evaporation, which ingeniously recycles the latent heat of vaporization found in the secondary steam.

3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on the foundation. Position the wedge-shaped shim beneath the base to achieve perfect unit leveling.
Alternate the placement of wedge-shaped irons, ensuring optimal leveling, then spot weld the irons in 4 to 5 places for secure stability.
Craft and install wedges based on user-specific conditions with meticulous care. Ensure that contact surfaces are smooth for seamless contact with inclined planes.
The wedge iron must withstand a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Employ precise leveling tools to ensure the unit's axial and horizontal levels are impeccably measured at 0.05/1000mm and 0.10/1000mm, respectively.
These precision measurements will guarantee the unit's flawless operational integrity.
3.3.3 For optimal coupling alignment, ensure the following steps are meticulously followed before commencing the alignment process:
1) Ensure safety by switching off the main power supply.
2) Carefully detach the coupling shield for access.
3) Remove the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for any debris to maintain a pristine surface.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes exceed bolt size for easy motor adjustments.
6) Equip with stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's foot, ensuring they are free from any imperfections. Avoid using long, slender gaskets for adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm (procure independently).
8) Have a stable support bracket ready for the dial indicator, as illustrated below.
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to precisely position a dial indicator on the wheel hub edge.
10) Adjust motor foot bolts with precision to align the compressor and motor center lines, keeping maximum deviations within 0.05mm for the outer circle and 0.03~0.05mm for the coupling end face.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, recheck all outer circle and end face runouts for consistency.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reinstall the coupling intermediate section.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment, secure the casing's alignment and levelness by fastening the anchor bolts. After a mechanical or trial operation, retighten for assurance.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical, high-speed component. Prevent damage by ensuring the connected pipelines are clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade. Rectify non-compliant pipelines promptly.Enhance safety by installing solid-liquid separation equipment, like a gas scrubber, ahead of the compressor inlet's straight pipe.
3.3.6 Effortlessly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes following the PI diagram. Ensure the supporting pipelines are independently bracketed, avoiding any weight on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its ancillary equipment have been meticulously installed and the concrete has reached full solidity, it's time to embark on a pivotal phase - the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures optimal performance and reliability.
3.3.8 For seamless integration, install the electric control cabinet within a strategic 5-meter radius of the compressor. Precision is key as the wiring journey begins - threading pipes underground to establish a secure connection. Upon positioning the electric control cabinet, meticulously link the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring flawless communication and control.
