The elevated temperature then channels the secondary steam back into the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and generating further evaporation. This innovative process enables the sustainable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam, showcasing a masterful blend of efficiency and sustainability.

The Oil-film High-Speed Direct Drive Steam Compressor is a remarkable piece of turbine equipment powered by a high-efficiency permanent magnet motor. With a design that epitomizes innovation, its main structure boasts the impeller expertly mounted at the shaft extension end of the motor. This is cleverly supported by an oil film bearing, allowing for seamless direct drive through the high-speed motor. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Seamlessly place the compressor base onto the foundation and carefully position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base. These shims are integral for the meticulous leveling of the unit,
alternately arrange two wedge-shaped irons. Once the unit is perfectly leveled, expertly spot weld the irons at 4 to 5 strategic points. Custom fabricate the wedges
according to the specific installation scenario. Ensure a flawless finish on the contact surface for even and secure inclined plane contact,
ensuring the bearing capacity of the wedge iron does not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Attain impeccable level precision by utilizing a high-quality level. The unit must meet stringent leveling standards: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal
level of 0.10/1000mm, ensuring optimal performance and durability.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Prior to alignment, ensure the following essential steps are completed:
1) Securely disconnect the main power supply for safety;
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to expose the components;
3) Extract the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to facilitate alignment;
4) Ensure the motor installation plane is immaculate, free from any debris or unwanted materials;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are adequately larger than the bolts, allowing for precision adjustments;
6) Prepare a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor feet. These gaskets must be pristine and perfectly flat. Avoid using long, thin gaskets between the motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or precision laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, preferably customer-supplied, for meticulous alignment;
8) Prepare and affix the support bracket for the dial indicator as illustrated below;

9) Utilize the motor hub mounting bracket to station a dial indicator on the hub's edge, positioning the probe precisely on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Achieve optimal alignment by finely adjusting the bolts around the motor feet, ensuring the compressor and motor center lines are perfectly aligned, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm. The motor shaft should be slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft. Maintain coupling end face deviation between 0.03~0.05mm;

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly and re-evaluate both the coupling's outer circle and end face runouts for accuracy,ensuring they meet the specified tolerances.
12) Reinstall the coupling intermediate section following a successful motor idling test to ensure seamless operation.
3.3.4 Having achieved impeccable levelness and precise alignment of the casing, securely tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial, systematically loosen and retighten the bolts for lasting security.

3.3.5 Protect the high-speed impeller from damage by ensuring that no solids or liquids enter, as they can cause irreversible harm. Maintain pristine cleanliness in inlet and outlet pipelines to meet the required steam corrosion grade. Rectify non-compliant pipelines and consider incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, before the compressor's inlet straight pipe.
3.3.6 Expertly install compressor inlet and outlet pipes, outfitting them with the necessary pipeline accessories as dictated by the PI diagram. Ensure that pipelines are independently supported by separate brackets to prevent undue strain on the compressor.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and ancillary equipment are properly installed and concrete is fully set, proceed with confidence to the compressor operation test, ensuring everything functions flawlessly.
