At its core, the ingenious principle of MVR involves compressing the secondary steam generated by the evaporator using a high energy efficiency steam compressor. This process skillfully transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, leading to an increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. Subsequently, this elevated temperature returns the secondary steam to the evaporator. As it heats the materials, it fosters evaporation, thus achieving the remarkable recycling of the latent heat of vaporization from the secondary steam.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by strategically placing the compressor base onto the foundation. To ensure perfect leveling, wedge-shaped shims should be positioned beneath the base.
Place two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating pattern. Once the unit is leveled, secure the irons by spot welding them at 4 to 5 crucial points. Customized
manufacture and installation of the wedges is advised based on the user's specific circumstances. The contact surface must be finely finished to ensure
even contact across the inclined plane, and the wedge iron's load-bearing capacity should not exceed 40 Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Employ a level tool to achieve precision. The unit's leveling criteria are strict: an axial level of 0.05/1000mm and a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Centralize the coupling with exactness. Before beginning, ensure these steps are completed:
1) Completely disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety;
2) Detach the coupling shield carefully;
3) Remove the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling with precision;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane for any debris, dirt, or other obstructions;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are larger than the bolts to allow for easy adjustments by loosening the bolts;
6) Have an ample supply of stainless steel gaskets ready to firmly cover the motor's foot. Ensure gaskets are free of obstructions and adequately flat. Avoid using elongated thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base;
7) Utilize a high-precision dial indicator or laser alignment meter with an accuracy of 0.01mm, which should be supplied by the customer;
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket for supporting the dial indicator, as depicted in the accompanying diagram;

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to affix a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, ensuring the dial indicator probe contacts the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By fine-tuning the adjustment bolts near the motor feet, align the compressor and the motor center line closely, keeping in mind that the maximum outer circle deviation should be 0.05mm. The motor shaft center should be slightly higher than the compressor's low-speed shaft center, with coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03 and 0.05mm;

11) Once adjustments are complete, securely tighten the motor foot bolts and recheck the coupling's outer circle runout and end face runout.;
12) After ensuring proper alignment, install the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Upon achieving optimal "levelness" and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. Post mechanical operation or trial runs, it's crucial to loosen and retighten these bolts to confirm stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, demands immaculate conditions as any solid or liquid intrusion could irreparably damage the compressor. It is imperative that the inlet and outlet pipelines meeting the compressor are free from contaminants and adhere to the system's required steam corrosion grade. Non-compliant pipelines must undergo rectification. The addition of solid-liquid separation equipment such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees before the inlet's straight pipe is highly recommended.

3.3.6 Proceed by installing the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure that import and export pipelines are fitted with suitable accessories as listed on the PI diagram. The pipeline should be independently supported by an alternate bracket, ensuring that its weight does not burden the compressor structure.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components have been successfully installed, and the concrete has reached full solidity, it is then time to embark upon the pivotal compressor operation test. This critical phase ensures peak performance and reliability of your machine.
3.3.8 Install the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter radius to optimize functionality. It's crucial to connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet through a threading pipe placed securely underground. Once the electric control cabinet is positioned, skillfully link the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring seamless integration and operation.
