Delicately position wedge-shaped shims beneath the base, using them to artfully achieve a perfect level that showcases your precision.
Arrange the wedge-shaped irons in a strategic, alternating manner. Once the desired leveling is achieved, demonstrate your expertise by spot welding the wedge-shaped irons at 4 to 5 meticulously chosen points. Tailor the wedge's crafting and installation to your specific needs, ensuring a seamless contact surface for an even distribution of force that enhances efficiency.
Finish the contact surface with expert precision to ensure a flawless connection of the inclined plane. It is essential that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron remains at or below 40Kg/cm2 to maintain the compressor's powerful performance.

3.3.2 Employ a precision level to establish the unit's level meticulously. The strict leveling standards demand the axial level to be 0.05/1000mm and the horizontal level to be 0.10/1000mm, ensuring unparalleled accuracy and performance.

3.3.3 Attain impeccable coupling alignment by adhering to these vital steps:
1) Ensure absolute safety by completely turning off the main power supply;
2) Gently remove the coupling shield with care;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section with precision, ensuring each move is deliberate;
4) Thoroughly inspect the motor installation plane's flatness, making sure it is spotless and free of any foreign materials;
5) Confirm that the motor bolt holes are generously larger than the bolts themselves, facilitating bolt loosening for precise motor adjustments;
6) Gather an abundant supply of top-tier stainless steel gaskets to support the motor's base. These gaskets should be flawlessly flat and devoid of any attachments, avoiding long, thin gaskets for precision adjustments.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a state-of-the-art precision laser alignment meter with a 0.01mm accuracy, which the customer is expected to provide;
8) Prepare a robustly constructed bracket to support the dial indicator, as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;

9) Securely mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub's edge using the wheel hub mounting bracket, placing the probe on the outer rim of the compressor wheel hub for precise alignment;
10) With skillful precision, adjust the motor feet's adjustment bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure the outer circle's maximum deviation does not exceed 0.05mm. The motor shaft center line should be slightly elevated relative to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, maintaining a coupling end face deviation between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) Finalize by securely tightening the motor foot bolts and critically reviewing the outer circle runout and the end face runout of the coupling to achieve optimal alignment.
12) Following successful motor idling tests, proceed to install the coupling's intermediate section for seamless and smooth operation.
3.3.4 Once the casing's 'levelness' and alignment have been expertly fine-tuned, secure the anchor bolts to ensure stability. After mechanical or trial operations, remember to loosen and retighten the bolts to guarantee enduring reliability and uncompromised performance.
3.3.5 As the impeller is a vital high-speed rotating component, it is crucial to avert any solid or liquid infiltration that could potentially damage the compressor. Ensure that the compressor's inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and meet the system's steam corrosion grade standards. Pipelines that fall short should undergo mandatory rectifications to meet the required standards.
It is strongly advised to integrate solid-liquid separation equipment—such as a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee—before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet to maintain system integrity and reliability.
3.3.6 Proceed to meticulously install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adorn the import and export pipelines with the essential pipeline accessories as precisely illustrated in the PI diagram. It's of paramount importance that the pipeline connected to this sophisticated compressor is supported by an independent bracket, thereby safeguarding the compressor body from any unnecessary weight or stress.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its associated equipment have been installed with precision and the concrete foundation has attained its full solidity, you are ready to embark on the exhilarating phase of conducting a comprehensive compressor operation test. This pivotal step ensures that every component is functioning flawlessly and harmoniously.
3.3.8 Strategically position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. Employ a robust threading pipe to achieve a seamless connection of the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet, discreetly routed underground. With the electric control cabinet firmly in place, proceed to meticulously connect the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the lines at the remote DCS, thereby establishing a reliable and resilient control link.
