3.3.1 Place the compressor base as a single unit on the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims to achieve perfect leveling. These wedges are designed to ensure stability and should be placed under the base.

3.3.3 Achieve perfect coupling alignment. Before proceeding, confirm these critical prerequisites:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety as a top priority.
2) Remove the coupling shield to gain access for accurate adjustments.
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling's intermediate section, preparing for precision alignment.
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for any debris or residues to maintain a pristine working surface.
5) Ensure that the motor bolt hole is larger than the bolt size, allowing for easy adjustments.
6) Ready a sufficient number of stainless steel gaskets. These should be free from debris and completely flat, avoiding long and thin gaskets for precise adjustment.
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a laser alignment tool with a precision of 0.01mm, essential for achieving impeccable alignment.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator, as depicted in the schematic below, for unwavering precision.
9) Use the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position the dial indicator on the edge, ensuring the probe is correctly placed on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts to align the compressor and motor center lines. Ensure maximum deviation of the outer circle does not exceed 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line slightly higher for precision.
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts. Re-evaluate the coupling's outer circle and end face for flawless runout.;
12) Upon completion, reinstall the coupling's intermediate section following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Once alignment and leveling are perfected, anchor bolts should be tightened securely. After any mechanical operation or trial, loosen and re-tighten these bolts for continued stability.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, must be safeguarded against any solid or liquid intrusion, which could cause irreversible damage. Ensure all connected inlet and outlet pipelines are impeccably clean and adhere to the system's steam corrosion grade. Non-conforming pipelines must be addressed promptly. Incorporate solid-liquid separation equipment, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor's inlet for added protection.
3.3.6 Expertly install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Follow the PI diagram for accessory placement, ensuring that the pipeline weight is supported independently, safeguarding the compressor body from undue strain.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its accompanying equipment are installed and the concrete has fully set, it's time to initiate the compressor operation test. This crucial phase ensures all components are seamlessly integrated and functioning at peak performance, paving the way for a flawless operation.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency, position the electric control cabinet within a 5-meter radius of the compressor. Ensure the wiring from the compressor to this cabinet is efficiently linked using a threading pipe, routed discreetly underground. After positioning the control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within to the remote DCS lines, establishing a robust and reliable communication link.
