This rise in temperature allows the secondary steam to be redirected back to the evaporator, where it works its magic by heating materials and engendering evaporation. This clever mechanism effectively recycles the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam.

3.3.1 The robust installation of the compressor base begins with placing it integrally on the foundation. Gently slide wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to achieve the perfect level for the unit.

6) Gather stainless steel gaskets, sufficiently flat and free from attachments, ensuring seamless motor support. Avoid using elongated, slender gaskets for adjustments;
7) Employ either a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter boasting a precision of 0.01mm (procured by the customer);
8) Prepare a suitable bracket for dial indicator support, as illustrated in the subsequent figure;
9) The motor wheel hub mounting bracket is designed to accommodate a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, positioning the probe on the compressor wheel hub's outer edge;
10) Adjust the motor feet's bolts adeptly to align the compressor and motor center line impeccably (or as per specific guidelines). The maximum deviation for the outer circle should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft's center line slightly elevated above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line, and coupling end face deviation maintained between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts, then reassess the outer circle runout and end face runout of the coupling.;
12) Post-idling test of the motor, proceed with installing the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Following the precise adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, firmly tighten the anchor bolts. After mechanical operations (or trial runs), loosen and then retighten the bolts for optimal security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed marvel, demands protection against any solid or liquid intrusions, which could inflict irreversible damage on the compressor. It is paramount to keep the inlet and outlet pipelines scrupulously clean, aligning with the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines falling short must be rectified. It is highly recommended to install solid-liquid separation devices (such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees) before the straight pipe at the compressor's inlet.
3.3.6 Proceed with the installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Ensure import and export pipelines are equipped with pertinent accessories according to the PI diagram. The pipeline connected to the compressor should be independently supported by an auxiliary bracket, avoiding any weight burden on the compressor body itself.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and all its supplementary equipment is complete, and the concrete base has fully solidified, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that everything is not only in place but is functioning optimally.
3.3.8 To ensure efficient operation, the electric control cabinet for the compressor should be strategically positioned within a 5-meter radius of the compressor itself. The connection from the compressor to this cabinet should be meticulously routed through an underground threading pipe. Once the electric control cabinet is securely positioned, seamlessly integrate the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a flawless operational flow.
