This process results in a significant increase in both pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The now enhanced steam is reintroduced to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials, instigating evaporation, and thus masterfully recycling the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base precisely onto the foundation. Introduce wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to ensure optimal unit leveling.
Strategically position two wedge-shaped irons alternately. Once the unit is perfectly level, secure the wedges by spot welding at 4 to 5 points.
The user must manufacture and install the wedges based on specific needs, ensuring that the contact surface is smooth for even and stable contact.
The inclined plane should have a bearing capacity not exceeding 40Kg/cm
2.
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level tool to establish perfect horizontal alignment. The axial alignment requirement is 0.05/1000mm, while the horizontal alignment must be 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 For coupling alignment, ensure these essential steps are followed before commencing:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to ensure safety.
2) Carefully remove the coupling shield to access the coupling area.
3) Detach the intermediate section of the diaphragm coupling.
4) Inspect the motor installation plane's flatness; it must be free from any debris, dirt, or attachments.
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolt size to allow smooth loosening and adjustment of the motor.
6) Have an adequate supply of stainless steel gaskets ready. They should be clean, flat, and must not be long or thin, to ensure proper support of the motor foot.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a laser alignment meter with a precision of 0.01mm, which should be arranged by the customer.
8) Prepare a sturdy bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated below.

9) Mount a dial indicator on the motor wheel hub's edge and place a probe on the outer edge of the compressor wheel hub.
10) Fine-tune the adjustment bolts around the motor feet to align the compressor and motor center lines precisely, ensuring the motor shaft center line is slightly elevated compared to the compressor low-speed shaft center line, with a maximum deviation of 0.05mm, and coupling end face tolerance of 0.03~0.05mm.

11) Securely tighten the motor foot bolts and double-check the coupling's outer circle runout along with the end face runout for accuracy.
12) Reinstall the intermediate section of the coupling following a successful motor idling test.
3.3.4 Post-adjustment of the casing's levelness and alignment, anchor bolts must be tightened. Following initial mechanical operation, loosen bolts, and retighten to ensure secure assembly.
3.3.5 The impeller is a critical high-speed component; any entry of solids or liquids can cause irreversible damage. Ensure the compressor-connected inlet and outlet pipelines are clean and meet the steam corrosion grade requirements. Rectify any non-compliant pipelines.
Incorporating solid-liquid separation equipment, like gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the compressor inlet's straight pipe is highly recommended.
3.3.6 Proper installation of the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes is crucial. Adhere to the PI diagram for installing pipeline accessories. The pipelines should have independent support to prevent any weight burden on the compressor body.
3.3.7 Once the main fan and its auxiliary components are securely installed and the concrete has reached full curing, it's time to embark on the compressor operation test. This crucial step ensures that all systems are in optimal condition and poised for maximum efficiency.
3.3.8 Position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a convenient 5-meter reach of the compressor itself. For seamless integration, use threading pipes to connect the wiring from the compressor to the electric control cabinet underground. After positioning the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within to the lines at the remote DCS, ensuring a robust and reliable setup.
