3.3.1 Begin by securely placing the compressor base on the foundation, ensuring stability with the use of wedge-shaped shims. These shims are essential for achieving a perfectly level unit, offering both support and adjustment flexibility.
Strategically position two wedge-shaped irons in an alternating fashion. Once the unit is leveled to precision, perform spot welding on 4 to 5 points of the wedges, ensuring a stable and durable connection.
The user is responsible for crafting and installing the wedges, tailored to match specific situational needs, with an emphasis on achieving a flawless contact surface. This ensures even distribution across inclined planes.
The wedge's bearing capacity should not exceed an impressive 40Kg/cm2).
3.3.2 Achieve meticulous leveling using a precision level tool. The stringent leveling criteria for the unit stipulate an axial level precision of 0.05/1000mm, with a horizontal level not deviating beyond 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Center the coupling with utmost diligence. Prior to initiating alignment, ensure the following prerequisites are addressed:
1) Safely disconnect the main power supply to eliminate any potential risks;
2) Remove the coupling shield to facilitate easy access;
3) Detach the diaphragm coupling intermediate section to prepare for precise adjustments;
4) Meticulously inspect the motor installation plane for flatness, ensuring it's devoid of foreign matter, dust, or any undesired attachments;
5) Ensure motor bolt holes are adequately sized for easy adjustments, allowing bolts to be loosened for motor alignment refinements as necessary;
6) Acquire ample stainless steel gaskets to fully support the motor's base. These gaskets should be perfectly flat and free from any attachments. Avoid using long, thin gaskets for adjustments to guarantee stability;
7) Utilize a dial indicator or a state-of-the-art laser alignment meter boasting an accuracy of 0.01mm, which the customer should provide;
8) Securely mount the dial indicator on a specifically designed bracket as illustrated in the accompanying diagram;
9) Employ the motor wheel hub bracket to adeptly mount and position the dial indicator probe along the outer circumference of the compressor wheel hub;
10) By carefully adjusting the motor's foot adjustment bolts, align the compressor and motor center lines. The definitive maximum deviation of the outer circle should not surpass 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line placed slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. Ensure a coupling end face tolerance between 0.03~0.05mm;
11) Upon achieving optimal alignment, securely fasten the motor foot bolts. Conduct a thorough review of the outer circle and end face runout of the coupling to confirm precision.;
12) Following a successful motor idling test, reassemble the coupling intermediate section, ensuring everything is perfectly in place.
3.3.4 Once the casing's levelness and alignment are perfected, tighten the anchor bolts. Post a mechanical or trial operation, briefly loosen and retighten the bolts to reaffirm their strength.
3.3.5 The impeller, with its high-speed rotational capability, is a critical component. Prevent any solids or liquids from entering, as this could result in irreversible damage to the compressor. It's essential to maintain clean inlet and outlet pipelines, compliant with the system's steam corrosion standards. Pipelines not meeting these standards must undergo necessary rectifications.Consider integrating solid-liquid separation devices, like a gas scrubber or sedimentation tee, ahead of the compressor's inlet straight pipe, for optimal protection.
3.3.6 Precisely install the compressor's inlet and outlet pipes. Adhere to the PI diagram's guidance for adding relevant accessories to import and export pipelines. The compressor body must remain unburdened by pipeline weight, which should be supported independently by an alternative bracket, safeguarding the compressor's integrity.
3.3.7 Once the installation of the main fan and its associated equipment has been accomplished, and the concrete has reached its full strength, you are ready to initiate the testing phase of the compressor's operation. This critical step ensures that everything is functioning optimally and sets the stage for reliable performance.
3.3.8 For optimal setup, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within a 5-meter range from the compressor itself. Utilize threading pipes to securely connect the wiring from the compressor to the control cabinet, ensuring these pipes are routed underground for protection. Once the electric control cabinet is installed, proceed to link the wiring terminals within the cabinet to the designated lines at the remote DCS, facilitating seamless communication and control.
