The core principle of this cutting-edge system involves the secondary steam generated by the evaporator being compressed with a high-energy efficiency steam compressor. This transforms electrical energy into thermal energy, elevating the pressure and temperature of the secondary steam. The elevated temperature allows the secondary steam to return to the evaporator, effectively heating the materials and inducing evaporation, thereby enabling the recycling of the latent heat of vaporization of the secondary steam. This is a smart and sustainable way to optimize energy usage.

Installation Instructions

3.3.1 Begin by placing the compressor base securely onto the foundation. Use wedge-shaped shims beneath the base to finely adjust the unit to a level position. This ensures optimal performance and longevity of the compressor.
Next, alternate the placement of two wedge-shaped irons meticulously. Once the unit is level, proceed to spot weld the wedges at 4 to 5 points, ensuring a stable foundation.
The user must custom-manufacture and install the wedges based on their unique circumstances. Ensure the contact surfaces are expertly finished, providing even contact along the inclined plane.
Note that the bearing capacity of the wedge iron should not exceed 40Kg/cm
2).
3.3.2 Utilize a precision level to achieve the desired level. Ensure that the unit's axial level meets the stringent requirement of 0.05/1000mm, while maintaining a horizontal level of 0.10/1000mm.

3.3.3 Perfectly centering the coupling is paramount. Prior to commencing the alignment process, verify the following prerequisites:
1) Disconnect the main power supply to avoid accidents;
2) Dismantle the coupling shield carefully;
3) Carefully remove the middle section of the diaphragm coupling;
4) Inspect the motor installation plane for any debris or dirt, ensuring a pristine surface;
5) Ensure the motor bolt holes allow room for adjustment by being larger than the bolts themselves;
6) Have a sufficient supply of stainless steel gaskets to evenly support the motor's footing. Gaskets must be free from attachments and uniformly flat. Refrain from using thin gaskets for adjustments between the motor and base.
7) Employ a dial indicator or a high-precision laser alignment meter, accurate to 0.01mm, which should be sourced by the customer.
8) Assemble the bracket to support the dial indicator as illustrated in the accompanying diagram.

9) Utilize the motor wheel hub mounting bracket to position a dial indicator at the wheel hub's edge, with the probe touching the compressor wheel hub's outer edge.
10) Adjust the bolts surrounding the motor feet to align the motor and compressor center lines. The outer circle's maximum deviation should be 0.05mm, with the motor shaft center line positioned slightly above the compressor's low-speed shaft center line. The coupling end face deviation must be between 0.03 and 0.05mm.

11) Secure the motor foot bolts firmly, and double-check the coupling's outer circle and end face runout for accuracy.;
12) After a successful motor idling test, install the coupling's intermediate section.
3.3.4 Upon achieving precise 'levelness' and alignment of the casing, tighten the anchor bolts. After preliminary mechanical operation or trial runs, it is crucial to loosen and retighten these bolts to ensure steadfast security.
3.3.5 The impeller, a high-speed rotating component, requires a pristine environment. Any solid or liquid infiltration can cause irreversible damage to the compressor. Thus, ensure all intake and exhaust pipelines are clean and conform to the system's steam corrosion standards. Non-compliant pipelines must be rectified immediately.
It is highly recommended to integrate solid-liquid separation devices, such as gas scrubbers or sedimentation tees, before the straight pipe leading to the compressor inlet.
3.3.6 Undertake the installation of compressor inlet and outlet pipes with precision. Adhere to the PI diagram when equipping import and export pipelines with necessary accessories. Support the connecting pipes with a separate bracket, ensuring that no weight is borne by the compressor itself, thereby safeguarding its integrity.
3.3.7 Once you've expertly installed the main fan along with its supportive equipment and allowed the concrete to achieve full solidity, you can proceed confidently with the compressor operation test to ensure flawless performance.
3.3.8 For optimal efficiency and safety, position the electric control cabinet of the compressor within an ideal proximity of 5 meters. Ensure seamless connectivity by using threading pipe to run wiring underground from the compressor to the cabinet. After expertly positioning the electric control cabinet, meticulously connect the wiring terminals within it to the lines at the sophisticated remote DCS for a seamless integration.
